Postage & Payment

We ship our goods with Australia Post who we find to be reliable and low cost. Please refer to individual item for postage cost. We accept Direct Bank Deposit, Paypal and Money Order. For International Buyers we accept PAYPAL only in AUS Currency. Payment is required within 7 days unless other arrangements have been made with our approval.

All payments made with Paypal must select REGISTERED POST. It is for both Seller and Buyer Protection Policies that we must enforce this. We apologise for any increase in postage costs.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:Item must be returned within 7 Days. Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item stating reason for return. Returns ONLY for manufacturing defects, NOT for change of mind. A refund will be given on the purchase price only - postage is not included and BUYER pays for item to be returned.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:We will combine postage where possible. Please contact us with your postcode and items interested in, so we can quote your new postage price based on weight. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot combine furniture due to the size and weight of the items.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We will post your item within 2 working days of payment receipt. We will send you a confirmation email once your item has been posted to advise you of this. Please leave feedback once your order has arrived and we will then do the same for you. Items are delivered by Australia Post and exact delivery times depend on your location.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Please use the postage calculator provided on the auction page if there is no postage specified at the top of the page. If you have trouble using the calculator please contact us and we can provide you with a quote.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, depending on the item, shipping costs may be obtained through the postage calculator provided on the auction page. Some items we sell are extremely heavy and shipping prices may be expensive. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO BIDDING, if you are not 100% sure of your shipping costs.
Q:What if my item is damaged or lost by Australia Post?
A:We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost by Australia Post. If you do not select Registered Post, we cannot refund or replace your item. International buyers must take insurance if available for your country at an extra cost of $8.95 AUD.
