To choose travel dates, please contact us TOLL-FREE to make reservations. If there is no availability, we will happily reschedule you at a comparable resort or refund your payment in full. Upgrades are available for most vacation packages; please inquire. All upgrades are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. You are not required to accept alternate accommodations if they are offered.

Please  contact us to check availability before purchase if you are concerned, and we will tell you what is currently available.  Please remember though, dates within 2 weeks of a holiday DO sell out quickly and unexpectedly. This is why we offer our Full Refund Policy:  If your preferred travel dates have become unavailable, you may choose to either:
     - Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability
     - Choose to receive a full refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable
     - Keep your vacation package up to a full year after purchase to use later. For info, contact us.

SHIPPING, TAXES, & DEPOSITS

Mini Vacation Rentals will send your hotel or resort confirmations -FREE! Help us by providing an accurate email address or fax number when you register. You will NOT be charged sales tax at the time of purchase.  Resort Taxes are due at check-in, and are typically $8-$10 per night.  Standard room deposits are also the responsibility of the guest, and are due at check-in.

 CANCELLATION  POLICY

Date changes must be requested at least SEVEN DAYS  prior to arrival, and are subject to availability. We will make ONE date change for you for free; any additional date changes or resort changes require a $7.95 scheduling fee paid to Mini Vacation Rentals.   Date changes requested for a date later than 12 months from original purchase date are subject to cancellation and the fees listed below.

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email or fax at least SEVEN DAYS days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests made with at least SEVEN DAYS  notice are eligible for a FULL REFUND of amount paid.  Failure to check-in, late cancellation, and date changes made less than SEVEN DAYS before check-in date are subject to fees:

Hotel Studio:  $65 Cancellation Fee
1 BR Condo:   $75 Cancellation Fee
2 BR Condo:   $85 Cancellation Fee
3 BR Condo:   $95 Cancellation Fee
4 BR Condo: $105 Cancellation Fee

 DISCLAIMERS

The vacation packages sold by Mini Vacation rentals are discounted for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership plans.  The guest is under no obligation to purchase a vacation ownership plan in order to receive the advertised discounts and gifts.

Failure to qualify and attend the 90 minute tour will result in penalty charges equal to non-discounted retail value of suites occupied.  These charges are typically between $50 to $100 per night. If you will NOT be able to take the tour, or your eligibility status is affected by marital or financial changes, CONTACT US.  We will transfer you to an alternate resort or cancel your reservations, subject to above policy.
