GENERAL TIMESHARE ELIGIBILITY TERMS

• If married or cohabiting, both partners must be between the ages of 26-68 with a valid Drivers License or passport or military ID for identification at check-in.
• If married or cohabiting, both partners must attend the tour together. Must have a gross annual household income of $60,000 USD or more.
• If you are co-habitating with a partner proof of same residence (document showing the same address) is required and both partners should attend the tour together.
• After the complimentary meal, you must attend a 90-120 minute sales presentation. No purchase is required to receive the advertised rate and applicable gifts. 
• You must speak fluent English should be able to read English in order to qualify for this offer.  Some Florida locations offer bilingual tours on a limited basis (see residency below).
• Two forms of ID are required upon check-in for tour: a driver’s license, passport, or a major credit card are acceptable forms of identification.
• No "group" tours will be accepted for this offer and families requiring more than one room will not qualify. Multiple parties in separate suites, traveling together for the purpose of work, visiting, or vacationing together will be disqualified. This offer not valid for full-time students or travelers who have toured a timeshare within the last six months.

TIMESHARE RESIDENCY LIMITATIONS

• Orlando Offers: Florida residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake,  Miami-Dade, Osceola, Orange, Polk, or Seminole Counties do not qualify for this offer. Guest may not reside within 100-mile radius of their destination.  Bilingual tours are available for Spanish-speaking guests.
• Miami Offers: Florida residents of Miami-Dade county do not qualify for this offer. Guest may not reside within 50-mile radius of their destination.  Bilingual tours are available for Spanish-speaking guests.
• Daytona Offers: Florida residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Seminole Counties do not qualify for this offer. Guest may not reside within 100-mile radius of their destination.  Bilingual tours are available for Spanish-speaking guests.
• Reno & Las Vegas Offers: Nevada residents who reside within 100-mile radius of their destination do not qualify for this offer.  Bilingual tours are not available for Nevada tours at this time.
• South Carolina Offers: South Carolina residents who reside within 100-mile radius of their destination do not qualify for this offer.  Bilingual tours are not available for South Carolina tours at this time.
• North Carolina Offers: North Carolina residents who reside within 100-mile radius of their destination do not qualify for this offer.  Bilingual tours are not available for North Carolina tours at this time.

Where indicated, the timeshare vacation packages sold by Mini Vacation rentals are discounted for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership plans.  The guest is under no obligation to purchase a vacation ownership plan in order to receive the advertised discounts and gifts.  Non-timeshare vacation rentals are available; vacations which do not require a timeshare tour are clearly indicated in the listing.

Failure to qualify and attend the 90-120 minute tour will result in penalty charges equal to non-discounted retail value of suites occupied.  These charges are typically between $50 to $100 per night. If you will NOT be able to take the tour, or your eligibility status is affected by marital or financial changes, CONTACT US.  We will transfer you to an alternate resort or cancel your reservations, subject to above policy.
