Payment:
We accept PayPal, Credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment through PayPal. Please be aware that bank drafts or e-checks take 3 to 5 days for the banks to process and clear. eBay no longer allows any form of paper payment.
Tax Exempt?
If you are a tax exempt Missouri organization, and would like to take advantage of your status,
we must have a hard copy of your tax letter on file. You may mail
or e-mail us a copy of your Missouri sales/use tax letter. Your order needs to be in the same name that appears on the tax letter. We will refund
the amount you were charged for sales tax in the same form in which
you paid. Please Include item description. See contact information below.
Shipping:
NO P.O. boxes please! A physical address is needed for delivery.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within
about 3 business days. Many of our items are shipped directly to you from the supplier or manufacturer so orders for multiple
items may be shipped separately and reach you on different days. We
are careful to remove items from sale when stock runs low, however, in the
event that an item becomes unavailable and we are unable to fill your
order; we will contact you and offer you a full refund
of your money if you are unable or unwilling to wait on a
backorder.
Return Policy:
Inspect all packages upon receipt for shipping damage. report any
damage to the carrier immediately. Shipping damage is covered by
insurance through them. This must be done within 48 hours!
Refunds: Keep all original packing material until you are satisfied with
your purchase. If any item you purchase from us is not as described or
defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will give you
instructions to receive your refund. You must receive
authorization.
Exchanges: T-Shirts can be exchanged for a different size of the same
design. The cost of shipping will be your responsibility. The shirt must be
in resalable condition ( clean, unwashed, no signs of being worn).
