Payments, Shipping, Insurance & Returns
We happily take all forms of payment through PayPal.
Note that e-checks must clear before shipment will take place.
Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express.
(Either through PayPal, or you can call us with your card information.)
No other forms of payment can be taken at our eBay store location.
We ship worldwide via USPS International Priority Mail.
UPS is an option available to USA buyers only, due to fees to the buyers.
Express Mail is always available upon request and additional cost.
Buyers pay all shipping and handling fees.
Buyers outside of the United States buyers are responsible for any and all
duties, tariffs or other fees that your country may impose.
Shipping discounts are given for multiple items bought and
paid for at the same time via one payment.
Please allow us to send you a combined invoice.
Our items vary greatly in size, so let us determine the
best discount for your purchases.
If you would like the shipping and handling costs in advance
for multiple items, please email us. We will need to have your zip code
or country, what you would like to buy, and count/quantity of each item.
Emailed estimates are available at no cost or obligation.
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size of your order.
For Overseas, APO’s or FPO's with multiple items bought
and paid for at the same time, please email us for those prices
before purchasing.
Shipping occurs only after payment is received and cleared.
(PayPal e-checks must clear before we can ship.)
We ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Please note we have no control for shipping service transit times.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays,
and vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak
shipping seasons. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
We do not ship to Thailand, Brazil, India or any international
location that is not served by USPS International Priority Mail.
We do offer shipping insurance, which is optional,
unless stated as required in the listing description.

*Insurance indemnity limit for parcels to Canada is $675.00 USD.
** To determine the fee over $700, add $0.95 for each fraction/increment
per $100.00 of additional coverage.
Returns must be authorized - you can do so by emailing or phoning us.
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Return shipping is the buyer's expense, but we will pay for
the replacement item's shipping.
Packages without an authorized RA# will not be accepted,
and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
Refunds are available only if the product is defective.
For products that are returned in the same condition in which we sent them out,
and in accordance with our policy, you will receive your choice of
a replacement item within 5-10 business days (depending on your location
and shipping carrier times), or refund via the same method by which
you made your original payment (via PayPal, money order or card credit).
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable in any portion.
