Item must be returned within 7 days, CDs DVDs and Videos are not returnable once unwrapped unless defective. Books with CDs/DVDs attached to a cover are also not returnable once the envelope of the CD/DVD has been opened. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item only. Returned items must be in their original condition, free of creases, scratches, writing, etc. We cannot refund shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
