Upon recieving payment for your item(s) Misty Pines Embroidery will send a form via email for you to fill out and return which contains all the information needed to complete your embroidered item(s).
Once we have received your completed form back we will begin on your design and you should have a design proof back usually within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Changes are simple and you have full control over your text design.
If you would like a logo design embroidered on your new item(s) you may do so by purchasing the "Logo Setup" in our eBay store. The "logo Setup" is a one time setup fee of $65.00 and you can use it on all future orders with NO additional setup fees.
Thread colors are not a problem, we have many colors of thread and can always come close to your desired color. If you do have a specific PMS color we can usually develop a close match; however, colors will vary with dye lots and shade variations should be expected.
