Q: Can I use a 20-pin PicoPSU power supply when my motherboard has a 24-pin ATX connector?

A: Yes, in most cases, you can. For most Mini-ITX applications, the 20-pin layout provides sufficient power. The 24-pin layout is used for higher-power applications; the extra 4-pins carry redundant voltages from the 20-pin design.

Q: How long before I receive my USPS First Class Mail International package?

A: USPS First Class Mail International service does not have an estimated delivery transit time. USPS First Class Mail International can take anywhere from a few weeks to several weeks for delivery. If it is important that you receive your merchandise quickly, please do not opt for USPS First Class Mail International shipping service. There is no manner in which we can expedite your USPS First Class Mail International package.

Q: Do you combine shipping rates for a multiple-item purchase?

A: Yes, absolutely. Simply send us an invoice request after having checked out on eBay, or contact us for specific shipping rates.

Q: How do I add optional components to my system?

A: Please click "buy it now" and "commit to buy" in the item listing on eBay. Do not complete payment immediately. First, navigate to "My eBay" and send us a request for the final invoice. Leave us a note with the options you wish to add and we will adjust the final invoice to include those options. After having received the revised invoice, you can complete the transaction through eBay.

Q: When I check my label number on the USPS Track & Confirm page, I see the following message. Does this mean you haven't shipped my package?
"Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on [DATE] to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

A: We can assure you that your package has been delivered to a USPS sorting facility on the date posted. You will only see this message if the shipping service you selected does not have tracking information. This includes USPS First Class Mail International and small USPS Priority Mail International packages.

Q: My package hasn't arrived and the estimated delivery date has passed. Where is my package?

A: We do our best, as the seller, to send your product out as soon as possible. However, USPS does not provide a date-definitive delivery service and also do not provide door-to-door delivery service.

USPS will ship international-bound packages to their respective countries. This process generally takes just a few days. Once a package has arrived at its destination country, USPS no longer handles the delivery. Instead, the package is tendered to the affiliate postal service in the import country. Any delay at this point is due to the processing speed of the postal service in the import country. This includes actual delivery and customs clearance. USPS cannot influence the speed of delivery once the package has been tendered within the import country.

The processing speed of some countries is quick and others slow. Package to package processing times may also vary even within the same country.

As a good rule of thumb, select the fastest shipping service you can afford. Plan ahead and plan for delay.

Q: I need my package by a certain date. How can I ensure that my merchandise is delivered on time?

A: Please contact us for date-definite delivery options. We will probably recommend shipping either by FedEx or UPS international services. These services tend to be more expensive, so if you decide to ship USPS, please ship Express mail and plan ahead and plan for delay.
