| Processing and Shipping Times

- Most purchases will ship within 1 business day
- We ship Monday through Friday, 5 days a week
- We close on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- All merchandise is shipped from California, USA
We take great care and priority in shipping your merchandise quickly for the soonest delivery possible. For merchandise that
needs to be delivered on or by a specific date, please send us a message in advance to arrange delivery; we will do our best to
accommodate your needs.
In the rare occurrence of a temporary shortage or discontinuation of an item, we will contact you immediately to notify you. We
will provide you with an estimated wait time so that you can make an informed decision to either wait or cancel the transaction. If
a substitution is available, e.g., color or new model, we will include that information in our notice.
Systems and kits are built-to-order and may require additional time on account of the building and testing process. Generally, you
can expect 1 day for building and testing. Every effort will be made to ship systems and kits in an expeditious fashion.

| Tracking Your Shipment

- Tracking information (if available) will be posted to eBay and PayPal when your merchandise ships.
- If you need tracking information, please ship USPS Express Mail International, FedEx or UPS.
- USPS First Class Mail International will not have tracking information.
- USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate will not have tracking information.
You will be able to track the package using the link provided by both eBay and PayPal. All packages are shipped on the same day
the labels are created. USPS First Class Mail International and small USPS Priority Mail International packages cannot be tracked.

USPS only provides estimated delivery transit times so please use the following information for reference only.
- USPS Express Mail International (3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail International (6-11 business days)
- USPS First Class Mail International (No estimate provided)
USPS does not provide a door-to-door delivery service. What this means is that your package is tendered to the local postal
authority in your country and the actual delivery is the responsibility of your local post office (not USPS).
Delivery delays are common and we would recommend keeping this in mind when placing your order. For example, if you need the
merchandise in 10 days, it would be advisable to choose the Express service and not Priority.

Here are some tips for placing an order that needs to be delivered quickly:
- Ship UPS or FedEx for time-sensitive delivery
- UPS and FedEx services will provide a delivery date
- Place the order early and give yourself extra time
- Expect and plan for delays
- Communicate your shipping needs and concerns to us in advance
As fast as we may ship out your merchandise, please remember; we may be thousands of miles away from you. Please give
yourself enough time to receive the package by placing your order early. Always ship with a service that is estimated to deliver
before your due date. And, if your package has a time-sensitive due date, please ship UPS or FedEx.

When shipping through USPS, selecting USPS First Class Mail International is not advised. USPS First Class Mail International has
no tracking and no insurance. We experience frequent delays shipping to your country and can assure you that USPS Express Mail
International is much quicker and safer than USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International; particularly
with smaller items.
