| Pricing & Availability
|
|
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We are unable to provide price adjustments or price-matching after date of
original sale. We update our inventory levels as often as possible, however, in the event of a purchase being unable to ship due to stock
levels, we will contact you immediately and provide an estimated wait time so that you can make an informed decision to either wait or
cancel the transaction. If a substitution is available, e.g., color or new model, we will include that information in our notice.

| Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors
|
|
Although we approach each item listing with a high level of care, inaccuracy in the description or product pictures is a possibility. If you do
encounter such errors, please inform us so that we may correct the inaccuracies. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock
available at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent (monetary and functional terms) items. If a product is listed
or quoted at an erroneous price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at the incorrect price.

| Disputes or Claims

If you have any reason to open a dispute or claim against us, please contact us before taking action. It is in our best interest to reach an
amicable resolution as we understand the importance of a good business relationship.

Warranty, Returns and Exchanges
| Warranty Services
|
|
- 1-year warranty on all hardware components
Should your hardware components fail, due to defect, within 1-year of purchase, please contact us. We can provide repair or replacement
services. All hardware components of custom-built systems and kits are covered for 1 year after purchase. For items which void original
manufacturer warranties, see "Customer-Induced Damages", our warranty services will no longer be offered.
Certain products may have their own manufacturer's warranty that extends past 1 year, e.g., limited lifetime warranty on Kingston RAM;
please consult with the manufacturer for end-user support services.

| Returns and Exchanges
|
|
- Items may be returned for money-back or exchange up to 14 days after having received the merchandise
- Returned items must be in "like-new", resalable condition
- Shipping costs are not refundable
- Systems and kits may be subject to a 15% restocking fee when returned for refund (does not apply for exchanges)
If you would like to request an exchange for a different item in our store, you have up to 14-days to make a decision and let us know. We
respectfully request that you do your product research prior to making a purchase. Please consult with us and other knowledgeable sources
to ensure compatibility and proper operation.

| Defective Goods or Dead on Arrival (DOA)
|
|
- Defective products can be returned for exchange within 30-days of purchase
- Damaged or non-functional (DOA) items must be reported within 10 days after having received the package
We take much precaution in preparing and shipping our merchandise. With that being said, if you receive your merchandise damaged or
DOA, please let us know as quickly as possible (preferably before the respective deadlines) and we will provide a replacement or other
resolution for you.

| Customer-Induced Damages
|
|
Damage to merchandise that is free of factory defects and has been subsequently damaged will fall under the classification of "Customer-
Induced Damages " (CID). Merchandise under such classification will void our 1-year warranty. You can contact the manufacturer to see if
they can assist you.

| Return Authorization
|
|
- All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
All returns, e.g., warranty, exchange, replacement, require prior authorization as well as a valid RMA number. Should you need to request
return authorization for your merchandise, please send us a message. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization form
and will issue a unique RMA number for your return.

| Return Processing
|
|
In order to provide return-related services (such as replacement), we will need the original merchandise to have been sent in to us. All
returns will be subject to inspection and testing.
Our RMA department will contact you when the return package has been received. If any action is required of you, we will contact you via
email or phone call. Turn-around time will depend on the situation and we will provide as much information as possible to keep you updated.

| Return Shipping
|
|
It will be the buyer's responsibilty to make sure that returned merchandise is shipped back to us safely. Return shipping costs are the
responsibility of customer and will not be reimbursed. After warranty services or replacement, we will, in turn, cover the shipping costs in
shipping the package back to you.
In the case where an item is shipped back as defective or DOA: your returned goods will be inspected and tested here. If we find, in our
testing, that the product is fully-functional and free of defect we will notify you. Under this scenario, we will not be responsible for shipping
the merchandise to you. We will notify you of your shipping options and you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
