| Thanks to repeated Plagiarism of our listings, I am forced to put this LEGAL NOTICE up at the top of our policies page
All aspects of all of our listings that were designed by me or any user on our ebay account, including but not limited to: Formating, Item Descriptions, Pictures (Including those used with permission), custom detail fields (both categories I created specifically for ourlistings and the information contained in them), spacial arrangment, HTML code, etc, are copyright Stupid Collectibles and its proprietors/users.
Plagiarizing other sellers listings is not only against ebay policy, it is against the law! You are committing theft and copyright infringement, and you will have civil action taken against you. This is not a joke, I am dead serious.
I realize our listings are quality work, and while imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, it's just not fair to us. We spent hours designing our listings, formatting them, typing up quality descriptions, getting good pictures, and researching even the most minute details in order to have the best listings possible. You other lazy sellers need to do your own work. If you are caught stealing ANY of our work, we will seek compensation through litigation, NO EXCEPTIONS!
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFO:

All payments must be in US Currency ($ US Dollars $) unless otherwise specified.
*If
you wish to make a payment by another method, please contact us prior
to bidding to make arrangements (we're pretty flexible and willing to
work out reasonable requests)
Payment Due Date:
Payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction.*
If you are sending in payment through the mail, more time is allotted
for the payment to arrive. International Buyers, please be aware that
sending payment through the
mail could take several weeks, so payment should be mailed immediately.
*If for
some reason you need more time to send the payment, please notify us
immediately to work something out. We're willing to compromise as long as the buyer is honest and tries to complete the
transaction in a reasonable amount of time.
Other Payment Terms:
PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO PAY!
Negative feedback and unpaid item claims will be filed against all non paying bidders.
If payment is not received within a certain amount of time, an unpaid item claim will be filed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment may still be made, and any penalties and actions taken against
your account with ebay will be removed once the transaction is
completed. This is done to cover our liability on the auction, as per
ebay rules.
Payment Processing Time: Your order will not ship until your payment clears. Usually with Paypal, this isn't an issue unless you pay by e-check.
The following is a list of typical payment clearing times:
Personal Checks: 1-10 Days (depends on your bank's policies)
Money Orders: Usually Next Day
Cashier's Check: Same Day (Same as cash)
Paypal E-Check: 3-7 Business Days
Paypal Instant Transfers, Credit Card Payments, or any other Paypal payment: Instant
Other Services: Varies
*A note about Personal Checks:
- We reserve the right to refuse personal checks from bidders with no
feedback, low feedback, or any other personal I deem untrustworthy for
any reason.
- All returned checks are subject to a $25 returned check fee, as well as any fees incurred by me due to the returned check.
Please
don't write me a rubber check, you will pay all kinds of fees on every
end, it will delay the completion of our transaction, and it will cause
nothing but headaches for both parties! It's a huge inconvenience! For
more information regarding my returned checks policy, please read check
my policies page. There are consequences, so just don't do it!
SHIPPING AND PACKING METHODS:
All
Items are packed with care, well protected, and shipped in sturdy
packaging. This is to ensure your items arrive in the same condition
they left in. I'm a collector too, and I know condition is important to
most of you. While my auctions are geared towards the "Mint on Sealed
Card" (MOC) or "In The Package Collector", even if you plan to open the
figures and play with them I would think you would appreciate the item
reaching you in the best possible condition. I haven't had anything
damaged in shipping yet, and I don't plan to start now!STOCK PHOTOS/PHOTOS OF EXACT ITEM:
For used/opened items, the photo in the listing is of the exact item you are bidding on. If you don't see something included in the picture, it is not part of the auction or you just may not be able to see it in the photo. It is your responsibility to clarify this before bidding. For new items and sealed items, we may be using stock photos in the item's listing. If you wish to see a photo of the exact item you will be receiving, feel free to request one. Because of the amount of items we have in stock, we just don't have time to describe every tiny detail of the item's packaging. We may use terms such as mentioning the item has slight shelf wear, or noting that the packaging is in poor shape, or describing a major flaw if it stands out (such as the bubble being detached from the backing card, a noticeable flap crease, etc). The only time we will go out of our way to do this is when dealing with extremely rare or vintage items where the condition of the packaging greatly impacts the item's price. This does not apply to comic books and cards, where we must obviously make every effort to detail the item's condition.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE AN UNCONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH PAYPAL, YOU NEED TO CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH US ASAP OR THIS COULD CAUSE DELAYS WITH THE SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER!

HANDLING TIME: Most orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, with the exception of expedited service, which is 1 day or less.
Please note that larger sized orders may take an additional few days in handling and processing time to ship. Larger sized order do not necessarily mean many items, but rather the size of your package. If your package is larger than 12x12x12 inches, it will not fit in the post office's drop box and will require us to physically walk it in to the post office to present to a postal clerk.
ECONOMY SERVICES (WITHIN THE US)
PARCEL POST: with Delivery Confirmation Tracking.
For larger orders, you may opt to use Parcel Post to save money. We
don't usually do this with smaller sized shipments because the slower
shipping time isn't worth the small amount of money you save. This is
best for packages that are extremely heavy or large dimension/volume
wise.
MEDIA MAIL: with Delivery Confirmation Tracking.
This option is only available for items that are allowed by USPS
regulations (Books, DVDs, Discs, Electronic Media, Comics, etc). This
is a very economical method of shipping, but is also extremely slow.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE US):
Shipping rates, services, and transit times vary by country. Please check the shipping estimator, or email for a quote.
***The shipping cost for international
orders is determined by weight. Because of this, it really becomes
worth your while to order several items at once rather than
individually. For example, the cost of shipping the average sized
Gundam figure to the United Kingdom might cost around $18 USD, while
shipping 3 together would cost no more $28. Bear in mind that the
average box used for shipping weighs around 1 pound or more, so by
shipping all 3 items in the same package you are cutting out at least 2
pounds of weight. Once you pay the initial cost of shipping for one
item, additional figures may cost as little as $3 to $5 in additional
postage to add to your order, regardless of which shipping service you
are using.***
International customers, please read our customs policies and find out how we will save you money on customs declarations.
This
is useful information that you can use for all of your future
international purchases, and can be applied to your business with all
other sellers, not just with me! Not every seller will do this for you,
but it never hurts to ask. I certainly don't mind making the extra
effort for you if it says you some extra cash. The way I see it, you've
already paid enough money for the item and the cost of shipping, your
government doesn't need to reach into your pocket any more than they
already do!
Most countries have the option for the following services:
First
Class International (most economical, typically takes 4-14 days, but
can take 3 weeks or longer depending on the destination )
Priority International (average cost and transit time, typically takes 3-8 days)
Express Mail International (most expensive but fastest, includes tracking and signature confirmation, typically takes 3-5 days)
There are also additional services which vary from country to country, which may or may not include:
Registered Mail, Return Receipt, Certified Mail, Signature Confirmation, Recorded Delivery
If
paying by Paypal, one of these additional services may be required
depending on the price of your order, and will be added to your postage
cost. This if for both your protection and ours, and is recommended
whether you pay by Paypal or not. It is not
in our best interest to drive up your shipping costs, so rest assured I
will always try to get meet Paypal's shipping requirements in the most
economical way possible, unless you request otherwise.
My Recommendations for which services to use are as follows:
Use First Class International if
you are ordering 1 or 2 items, or if your order are inexpensive. We
may require the package be registered, which is usually around $11.00
USD.
Use Priority International or EMS (Express Mail International)
if you are ordering many items, your package weight exceeds 4 pounds,
or the item or items you are ordering are very expensive (We may require
you to use this service based on your order's price).
***For
more information on which service to use, see my shipping policies
page, or feel free to send me an email and I will provide a more
detailed explanation as to which service is best for you. The fact of
the matter is, after the package weight exceeds 4 pounds, it actually
costs you more money to send the package registered mail by any other
method, and it takes longer to reach you, so why would you want to pay
more for a slower service? EMS actually becomes more economical at a
certain point, will not require any additional services, and has higher
weight and size limits.***
International Buyers can avoid having to pay for extra services under the following conditions:
- The buyer decides to pay for registered mail, Priority International, or EMS by choice
- The buyer makes the payment by another method other than Paypal
- By
requesting a Paypal Money Request for their total to be billed as a
cash payment (Please inquire for more information regarding this option)
- If they are a repeat customer
- The Customs Department of the country they reside tracks customs declarations in a manner that fullfils Paypal's requirements.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
There
is a discount offered if you win more than one item, provided the items
are shipped together. In order to receive the discount, you must send a
combined payment, so please wait until you are done shopping with me
before checking out. There is a standard discount for each additional
item, but I will give bigger shipping discounts on larger orders, and
additional discounts are adjusted on an order by order basis. As
an incentive to order more, the discount increases the more items you
order. This applies to both domestic and international shipping. If you would like to
get an estimated cost on combined shipping, please contact me prior to bidding.
Please note that there are size and weight restrictions, so some orders may require more than one package. Another thing to note is that USPS now charges by volume,
so at times it may be cheaper to send multiple packages as opposed to
one package. Rest assured we will do our best to make sure your order
is shipped in the most economical setup possible, and we have all the
necessary tools and problem solving skills to quickly test possible
shipping configurations until we find the best option.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is optional and recommended at the following costs:
Domestic Orders: $1.50 for the first $49.99, then an additional $1.50 for each $50 increment.
International Orders: $1.60 for the first $49.99, then an additional $1.50 for each $50 increment.
