Got the guitar yesterday. I bought this for my grand daughter who is graduating from a student guitar. I am a long time player and collector. I have about 40 guitars including high-end Martins, Gibsons, Larrivees, Tailors, etc, etc. I say this only to help you understand how pleased I am with the Galveston dreadnaught. I was going to intonate it and send it on to Fla for her for Xmas but it doesn’t need it. It just needed a slight tweak on the truss rod and the nut filed a bit due to some low E string buzzing. This was a great deal and I am impressed with the progress the Koreans are making in quality products.
Thanks again for the good product, fast shipping and very fair price. I may buy a couple more of these guitars for future family needs.

I just wanted to share something with you; and fore mostly THANK YOU for your professionalism and honesty:
Since we purchased our Dobro from you, we have bought a multitude of instruments and related accessories...literally spending thousands of dollars.
One of our guitars was a $2000 piece. Arrived with manufacturer blemishes. Another one we ordered had pick marks on front and abrasions on back. We've received broken music stands, floor model items vs new............the list goes on and on.
However, YOU were the only person who has had the courtesy and professionalism to extend SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. You took a $150 Dobro and replaced it as expediently as possible. There were NO hassles with you. NO lame excuses. NO blaming the delivery company or NO insinuating that we were being to picky.
As you can see, we have been through total hell with some of our other purchases. My husband and I just want to again THANK YOU for your kindness and professionalism.
Double Neck UEB-2001B
I purchased a Galveston double-neck 6 string guitar with a 4 string bass on top at your home several weeks ago. I've gotten excellent compliments from my band and other musician friends.
I had it set-up by my guitar tech. Basically he said what you told me, "it's good right out of the box, Don't change it!"
It sounds great, plays great and most importantly, it's very light. I'm in my fifties and play every weekend. I use the Galveston for one set only and use Fender US Precision basses the rest of the night. The Galveston is lighter than my Fender basses. It 'wears well'!

UB-7000 Seven String Bass
I have just received and quickly tuned and checked out the instrument.
Originally, I was going to custom order a 7 seven string from Michael Tobias Design. I have owned 4 and 6 stringed instruments from him and believe him to be one of the best bass luthiers in the world. However, I didn't want to spend allot of money for my first seven in the event that the feel wouldn't be right for me. So frankly, given the price of this instrument I wasn't expecting much.
To your instrument; I was frankly blown away by the quality and sound of the bass given the relatively low price. The instrument does feel right and I'll no doubt go ahead and order the MTD. But in the six months time that it takes to make the instrument, I'll have a really decent 7 string to play, something I truly was not expecting.
Couple that with your fast delivery; you'll receive some nice feedback on ebay by this evening.

My girlfriend, Sandy H., recently purchased a Galveston 4 string Clear Lucite Bass Guitar for me. That was on Sunday, August 6th. To my surprise, it arrived on Wednesday, August 9th. Talk about SPEEDY delivery! WOW!! I put a set of Daddario flat-wound strings on it, and it sounds terrific. It's the sweetest Bass I own. I can't wait to get the matching 6 string guitar. Hi Fred this James west from the Netherlands. I ordered the 8 string bass from Galveston, last year. I am sorry that I didn’t contact you sooner, but was very busy playing. Well I am very pleased with the bass, it sounds and feels great I play for the regional TV here and to hear the bass on TV it is mind blowing.
