Order Processing Time
All of our items are in-stock and most ship within 48 hours.

Items that require ring-sizing or special services can take up to five (5) business days to process. Eternity bands usually take seven (7) business days.

Free Shipping and Handling
MoissaniteIsForever.com will ship your order for free using FedEx 2-Day delivery service.

• Once your order is shipped, it will arrive one to two business days following shipment, Monday through Friday.
• MoissaniteIsforever.com will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
• FedEx requires signature upon delivery.

Multiple Items
If you choose to purchase multiple items, your order will still ship for free by FedEx 2-Day Shipping.

Sales Tax
8.25% sales tax is only collected if shipped to California.

Product Condition
All of our products are brand-new and first quality – exactly as you would find in our jewelry store.

Ring Sizing
All women’s rings come stocked between sizes 6 and 7. All men’s rings come stocked between sizes 10 or 11. To specify a different ring size, please e-mail us at info@moissaniteisforever.com or add a message to your PayPal payment and we will size your ring for free before shipping out your order. We can do whole and half sizes only.
