We have a 30-day return/exchange policy on all of our jewelry items. All items carry a 5% restocking fee if you return or exchange it. Eternity bands cannot be exchanged or returned as they are custom made per order. Please make sure you have the correct ring size before ordering.

Items that have been worn, resized, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation. Items must have the original security tag for refunds to be processed. MoissaniteIsForever.com will not accept or process the refund otherwise.
