Shipping Policy
All dash trim kits are made-to-order and will take 7-10 business days to be ready to ship. Each kit is machine laser-cut and carefully inspected and packaged to ensure all pieces are correctly cut and that there are no flaws. Once this process is complete, the order will be ready to ship.
Domestic Orders
Continental US orders will ship via UPS Ground from Staten Island, NY, so the shipping time will depend you your distance from the origin. Use the chart below to determine your shipping time:
A $10 surcharge will be added to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International Orders
International Orders will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Express Mail International. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Return and Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to read the instructions enclosed with the dash kit carefully before installation. Most importantly, please dry-fit all pieces on your dash first before installing. Only uninstalled kits with all pieces in undamaged/resellable condition will be accepted for return or exchange. Do no remove the film from the 3M Red tape backing until you are sure all kit pieces are ok.
For all returns, we must be notified of the return claim within 3 days of delivery of your order to be cosidered for return authorization. Prior to returning products to us obtain a return authorization number from us. Products returned without a proper RA# will not be accepted from the shipping carrier. All products must be returned in original packaging and in uninstalled re-saleable condition. If returned merchandise is not returned in original packaging and in new, complete condition and requires re-packaging we may deny return/refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery of your order for credit or refund. All returns must be prepaid by the customer and insured for the full value. All returns are subject to minimum restocking fees of 20% (unless it was our error). Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
If you have found an error with your kit, please email a digital photo of the problem to me immediately. DO NOT install any of the kit pieces until the problem is resolved. In cases of an error on our part, we will replace the kit or individual pieces at no cost to the customer.
Same day order cancellations are accepted if the product has not shipped. A 10% processing fee will be charged. If the product has shipped the order will not be canceled and you must obtain a return authorization number and return the product once it has been delivered. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Any merchandise refused at time of delivery will be charged return freight charges in addition to the applicable restocking fees.
Once the package arrives it is the customers’ responsibility to inspect the items for any defects in material or workmanship, fit and accuracy of order prior to attempting installation. If you have any questions or concerns about your product contact us immediately prior to installing the kit. No refunds/claims on any products completely or partially installed will be granted, no exceptions. However, if any problems occur during installation, spare or replacement pieces can be purchased for a nominal charge.
Packages that appear to be damaged must be reported to the delivering carrier immediately. Damage occurring in transit is the sole responsibility of the delivering carrier. All claims must be made directly to the carrier by the customer. Claims must be made at the time package is received or carrier may not honor your claim.
