Returns accepted on NEW items as long as they are returned with the tags attached and have not been worn. You must email me for pre-authorization on any and all returns. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. No returns on EUC, pre-loved, or used merchandise unless the item is grossly misrepresented. I would be happy to work with you if there are any problems.
