| A:We gladly combine and discount shipping & handling for multiple wins! We take the actual packed weight of all items combined to determine the shipping cost and add a $3 handling fee. Please let us know when you have completed all of your purchases and we'll send you a combined discounted invoice. |

| A:We use USPS for all U.S. shipments and the estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method as follows:

| A:We strive to keep our s/h fees as low as possible by charging actual shipping cost plus a small handling fee which includes the cost of labor, shipping supplies, fees and other costs associated with getting your order delivered to you. |

| Q:What payment forms do you accept? |

| A:We prefer paypal but will also accept a personal check, money order or cashier check. Personal checks must clear before purchase is shipped which will delay delivery time considerably. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt of order (we will use the delivery confimation date) provided the item is returned in the original new condition, unopened and undamaged. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. We also suggest you buy insurance and use delivery confirmation on returns. |

| A:Our system automatically leaves feedback upon receipt of payment. If you discover that you have not received feedback after you've made payment please contact us so we can do so manually.
