QUESTION: How do I personalized a shirt or other item from your store?
You simply send me the information about size, shirt color and wording, etc. with your payment or in a separate e-mail.
Every item in my store is completely customizable by you. You may choose any wording, any design (shown or not shown) and any item (onesie, children's t-shirt, adult t-shirt, polo shirt, etc.) to create a unique item for yourself or for a gift.
I NEVER charge extra for wording additions/changes or design color changes. I also do not charge a set up fee for any special requested designs. This is all included in the price of the shirt!
I do charge an extra fee for a second design or wording that is requested for different place on the shirt after the initial design. I also charge for additional designs added to the shirt. Just ask me and I can let you know what the charge would be.
QUESTION: Do you have other designs available that are not shown in your store?
Yes! If you would like to see a design that is not shown, you can ask me about it and I will send you pictures of what I have . If you want to change any wording or design colors or wording fonts, that can be done as well. I have worked with many customers creating custom items to their specifics.

QUESTION: How do your children's shirts run? big or small?
The KiddyKats and Rabbit Skins Brands run small. If you are in doubt or want it to be a little big, or have some "growing space", I suggest that you go up a size.
KiddyKat Brand shirts are 100% cotton ARE NOT pre-shrunk, but I have found that they do not shrink much even after the dryer. Rabbit Skins are 100% cotton ARE NOT pre-shrunk.
The Gildan Brand runs large - approx. one size larger than normal). Gildan Brand shirts are 100% cotton, ARE pre-shrunk and will shrink only slightly.
Shirt measurements for chest are one side lying flat from armpit to armpit (B) and length is from top shoulder (seam at neck) to bottom of the shirt (A). All measurements are approximate and taken by me.

| QUESTION: Do you offer discount shipping on multiple items purchased?
Yes! It’s only $2.00 for each additional item after the first. I also give customers an additional shipping discount with the lowest possible shipping rates for large orders. Just purchase whatever you'd like in the store and then pay for them all together instead of individually to get the shipping discount. I never charge any handling charges or other fees to the shipping charges.
QUESTION: How fast can you have a shirt or gift made and sent to me?
I ask for only one-two business days to complete the item and I use Priority Mail which takes only 2-3 days to arrive, sometimes sooner. I also offer Express Overnight Shipping which is a 1-2 day service - I do not charge handling fees, only actual shipping charges. I cater to those "last minute" shoppers who need a personalized item right away!! I have also used FedEx Guaranteed Overnight shipping in special cases, which is more expensive but gets there for 12 noon.
QUESTION: Why are your items more expensive than similar items sold on eBay?
I use the very high quality products! Everything from the 100% cotton t-shirts to the highest quality thread used for the designs. Providing high quality items in very important to me and cost more for me to purchase, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Each shirt is completely customizable by you and I do not charge extra for changes to a design or for special wording requests! Some of my competition offer standard wording with your only option being adding a name to the design. All of my designs are embroidered entirely. I do not use applique designs which are made mostly with extra fabric and very little embroidery.
QUESTION: What is your return policy?
Since each shirt/item is custom made to your specifications, all sales are final. Exceptions to this policy would be a if the shirt/item has a misspelling or some type of defect is found with shirt/item itself. I pride myself in providing high quality items, but in this case would certainly provide a replacement. All replacement items will be made identical to the original order placed (ex. size, color, sleeve length, etc.) with no changes made in wording, font, etc. Also, I would be happy to provide a replacement if notified about the problem within 14 days of your receipt of the shirt/item.
