SHIPPING:
Domestic Shipments:
- Orders will be shipped within one business day of your payment.
- A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your item has shipped.
- Tracking is not available on some USPS Standard mail shipments.
- We ship to all states within the USA, its territories, and military bases.
- All orders addressed to a PO Box, APO/FPO or some rural routes will be shipped by the USPS.
International Shipments:
- We ship to Canada only, although that is not available on all listings. Please see the listing for details.

Delivery Guarantee:
- All items purchased are guaranteed by Monster Cellular to be delivered to the address you provided at checkout.
- Once the shipping carriers tracking shows delivered, lost items are not covered under our delivery guarantee.
- Non-receipt of item: Check withyour specific carrier first before contacting us. They can find the item in most cases.

CHECKOUT & PAYMENT:
- We only accept PayPal payments.
- On most listings, we require an immediate PayPal payment. On these listings, you will not be able to finalize your purchase until the payment has been completed.
- Payment must be received within five days of the purchase.

- Orders shipped within the State of Florida will be subject to a 6.5% sales tax on the total sale price.
- We ship very quickly, so when in checkout, please double check your shipping address. We will not be able to change the address once the item has shipped.

Warranty Period for Defective Items:
- Used/Refurbished Cell Phones and Accessories: 30 Days
- New Cell Phones and Accessories: 60 Days
- All other items: 30 Days
Defective Items:
If your item is defective, it will be covered under our warranty (warranty period stated above). You will need to contact our customer service department to get an approval for your return.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a USPS First Class Mail postage paid shipping label to return the item to us.
You will also need to complete our warranty processing form, as instructed.
Your return will be processed within three business days of receipt at our factory.
Please only send back the defective item to be replaced or repaired. No need to send in chargers, manuals, and accessories or retail packaging unless otherwise directed by customer service.
This will reduce the shipping cost back to us and allow for faster service.
We will make every attempt to repair your item. If we are unable to repair the item, we will replace it. All replacements will be in the same or better cosmetic condition as returned by the buyer.
If we are out of stock or unable to repair your defective item, we will contact you via email or phone to offer a similar item or an alternative option of equal value and/or refund.
Expedited shipments (orders in which you, the customer, requests or purchases non-standard shipping, and expedited processing) will not be eligible for replacement expedited shipping, regardless of the reason for return.
Warranty Period Non-Defective and 'Buyer's Remorse' Items:

You may return all items sold by Monster Cellular within 30 days of delivery for a refund less a twelve percent restocking fee.
Actual shipping charges are non-refundable. You will need to contact our customer service department to get an approval for your return.
You should expect to receive your refund within three business days from the time your package returns to our facility. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return on our end.
Item being refunded must include all parts and accessories that you originally received and be in the original retail packaging for a refund. Postage to return your item for a refund is the buyer’s responsibility.
If your item was originally purchased as new or refurbished it must have no signs of use or will be rejected and returned to the buyer. If the item was purchased as used, it must follow our acceptable use policy located below or will be rejected and returned to the buyer.
Exchanges:
We offer a 30 day exchange policy. If you have purchased the wrong item and would like to send it in for an exchange, please contact our customer service department. We will bill you accordingly through Paypal for the new item and a twelve percent restocking fee for the returned item.
Postage to return the original item will be the buyer’s responsibility. If there is an outstanding balance for the exchange, the exchange will not ship until that is paid. Once paid, the exchange will ship within three business days. If your item was originally purchased as new or refurbished it must have no signs of use or will be rejected and returned to the buyer.
If the item was purchased as used, it must follow our acceptable use policy located below or will be rejected and returned to the buyer. Acceptable Use Policy:
We assume that most items you use will receive some wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticably more than average wear-and-tear will be exempt from all warranty and refund agreements. This includes, but is not limited to: heat damage, water damage, intentional tampering, extreme physical damage (i.e. heavy gouges/scratches in the item), and recurring returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to determine whether on not any refund, return, or exchange has violated any part of our return policy. Any refund, return, or exchanged items which violate this policy are no longer eligible for our warranty. Items which we feel have violated this policy will be returned to the customer and the sale will be final.
