Frequently Asked Questions
 Q: Why is my shipping so expensive?
  A: As of 9-28-2009 eBay policy for all sales requires items to be insured. Buyers are responsible to pay for the insurance, which in our auctions will be combined with the handling fees.
 Q: Will I get a tracking number?
  A: If you order with UPS, a tracking number will be sent automatically, by UPS, to the email address associated with your PayPal or eBay account. In the email, you will receive instructions on how to use it. If you do not receive one the day your item is SHIPPED (not won), check your spam folder. We will not answer most questions about tracking number
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: We do not return money for items sent back due to buyer's remorse. If there are any problems with your order, contact us immediately (before leaving feedback) and we will work it out to your satisfaction.
 Q: I can't see all the pictures!
  A: Our auctions utilize Cascading Style Sheets in our HTML template. The description and the pictures will not load properly if your browser is out of date, blocks certain cookies or has other security restrictions which may block CSS. If you keep running into problems, Firefox 3 is a quick solution.
 Q: Do you offer a "Buy It Now" option for your items?
  A: If the listing does not have a Buy It Now posted we are not offering a Buy It Now Price. We will not end any listing early.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: No, sorry.
 Q: Do you offer "In-Store Pickup?"
  A: Yes, you are welcome to pick your items up at our store in Normal, Illinois. In the event you do decide to pick your items up, we will not charge shipping. We prefer cash or credit card payments made in person at the store. YOU NEED A VALID PHOTO ID TO PICK THE ITEMS UP!
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We generally ship domestic orders within 1 business day of receipt of payment. UPS Ground takes 3-5 business days for delivery. USPS takes 3-10 business days for delivery.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, as long as the items will fit safely in a reasonably sized box. After winning the auctions, send us a request for an invoice and contact us to work out a deal on the shipping.
