| A:Please use eBay checkout to make payment through Pay Pal. Once you have selected Pay Pal as your payment, it will froward you directly to Pay Pal's web site and enter our Pay Pal ID for you. Making direct Pay Pal payments, can lead to problems and shipping delays. |

| Q:How do you figure out your shipping prices? |

| A:We used eBay shipping calculator to determine actual cost based on weight and location. We then add only $1.00 for handling. If you feel shipping for an item is to much, feel free to let us know. We do make mistake and want to make sure we offer the cheapest shipping we can. |
| Q:Can you ship my item/s in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box? |

| A:Yes, we would love to be able to offer you cheaper shipping. If you feel your item/s will fit in a Flat Rate Box, just e-mail us before you make payment and we will see if it is possible and adjust your invoice to included a Falt Rate shipping option. Please be aware that the Flat Rate price will be the USPS stated price + $1.00 handling. |

| A:Yes you can. E-mail us instead of using eBay. We can offer better combine shipping prices then eBay can. |

| A:Yes, we allow you 14 days from your first won item to bid/buy other items. Please let us know your bidding on other items, so we don't file a non-payment on your first won item. Once you have finish buying/bidding with in a 14 day period, e-mails us requesting an invoice and we will offer you the cheapest shipping options based on total weight. |

| A:Normally it will take us 2 days to answer your e-mail. We get over a hundred e-mails a day and it is almost impossible for us to answer them in a timely manner. If your question is urgent please give us a call at 801-208-5476. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST. |

| A:We appreciate your offer and all offers are discussed even though we may not answer your e-mail directly. If we decided to accept your offer, we will will update the auction to include a Buy It Now option with the said agreed upon price. We will not sell a listed item off of eBay as we respect eBays policy on the matter. |

| A:About 90% of all the images in our auctions are of the items themselves and should show all items included with the auction. If it is not pictured, there it is a good chance it is not included with the auction. It is best to e-mail or call us if you have questions about included items. |
| Q:I have a problem with my item or I received the wrong item? |

| A:It would be best if you called us (801-208-5476). We want to make you happy and will do what we can to solve your problem. If the problem is determined to be our fault a partial or full refund can be negotiated. Items may need to be return before refund is given. Items stated as SOLD AS IS are non refundable for any reason. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We do ship to Canada and most European locations. Bidders in other countries may request to be allowed to bid on our items. They first must agree and understand, that we are not responsible for custom or fees. We will only ship an item through USPS and we can not guaranty a timely delivery. |
| Q:Where do you get your items? |

| A:We get our items from local overstock of stores, local auctions, and we help sale industrial items for other people who are local to us. |
| Q:How long will it take to ship out my item? |

| A:We try really hard to get every item out the same day payment is made (If before 2:00PM MST, next day if paid after), but some times it can take us up to two business days to get an item shipped. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when we have shipped your item. Also please be aware that we are closed on weekends. |

| A:First please make sure you check your e-mail account you have on file with eBay. Also please check your spam folder. Your tracking # should also be available in your My eBay under Won Items. If you still can't find the e-mail or tracking # give us a call or e-mail us, we will re-send it. |
| Q:Can I pick up this item locally? |

| A:We do not have a store front, but we do have a warehouse. If you have won an auction and call us (801-208-5476) to inform us that you are coming feel free to pick up your item. We will not charge you shipping or a pick up fee, but we do have to charge you Utah sales tax. Our warehouse address is stated on our eBay About Me page and our e-mails. |
