Checkout to get totals. This is the quickest
and easiest
way for you to pick your shipping option and get a total.
This
will
also inform
us of how you are going to pay and of your shipping address.
Not
using eBay Checkout could lead to delays in shipping your item.
Payment Requirements
- You have 7 days to make payment for an
item. 14 days if you e-mail us an let us know you are bidding
on other items.

Pal Payment Steps
- Click on the 'Pay
Now' button in the auction, your My
eBay page under won items, or the e-mails we sent you. All
are the same thing and all will work.
- Button may look like this ->

- This will allow you to select your shipping choice
and your payment method.
- Remember to select Pay Pal as your payment method.
- You will then be directed to Pay Pal to make payment.

- Your item will be shipped out as soon as possible and
we will e-mail you a tracking # as soon as we have it.
Credit
Card Payments, by phone or fax
- Click on the 'Pay
Now' button in the auction, your My
eBay page under won items, or the e-mails we send you. All
are the same thing and all will work.

- Remember to select Credit Card as your payment
method
- If you are faxing your payment, print out the Payment
Summary and include it with your payment.
- Write down your Credit Card information on the
Payment Summary page and include these details.
- Shipping Address

- Expiration Date
- Verification Code (Normally the 3 digit code on
back of card)
- Desired Shipping Method
- Then, fax this paper to 801-683-7433
- If you are going to call us directly, call us at
801-208-5476
- Our standard hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM -
4:00 PM MST.
- If you happen to get an answering machine during
these times, please call use back within five minutes as we are just on
the phone with another customer.
- Please have the following information
ready:
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address of Credit card (If different than

- Credit Card #
- Expiration Date

- Desired Shipping Method
- We will then verify your payment and ship your item
out as soon as we can. We will also e-mail you a tracking #
as soon as we have it.
Extra
information for International Buyers
- Custom forms require a full name and a phone
#. Please e-mail this to us if your payment method did not
include these details.
- Tracking Information
- Express Mail International is the only USPS
international service that has guaranteed tracking.
- Priority Mail International also can be tracked,
but is not always correct because it is so new.
- First Class International does not have a tracking
#.
Combine
Multiple Items to Save On Shipping
- E-mail us, so we know you are purchasing more items.
You can use e-mail us
at ebay@monsterliquidators.com, or you can go
through eBay
using
'Ask the Seller'.
- If you don't do this we may file a Non-Paying
Bidder Alert after seven days of the auction.
- Do Not Click The Pay-It-Now Button or submit any
payment until all items are won.
- You Have 14 Days to buy more items.
- If you have already paid for an item or gone through
eBay's
checkout form for one of your items, eBay will not let us combine them
anymore. I don't know why; this is an eBay problem.
- Once you have won all items, click on any
"Pay Now" button to get a total. Or you can e-mail us to
combine your items and give you a personalized quote.
