Included Items:
About 90% of all the images in our auctions are of the items themselves
and should include all items included with the auction. If it
is not
pictured, there is a good chance it is not included. It is
best to e-mail or call us if you have
questions about
included items. We cannot refund money for missing items if
the
picture clearly does not show the item and is not stated as included in
the auction. We do offer a 14-day return policy, which
is explained
below.
Sold As Is/No Returns:
Items
stated as "Sold As Is" or "No Returns" are usually items that we cannot
test for full functionality or that we state are used. We do
not offer
refunds or returns on these auctions. Buyer/Winner accepts
all risk
for these items.
Pay
Pal Payments: Pay Pal payments require a confirmed
address.
This means that the address you wish to ship your item to is
the same as the billing address of your credit card on file.
PO Boxes: We can only
ship to PO Boxes
with USPS.
Insurance: All
items are insured. Some auction have
not been updated to show this. You do not need to pay for
insurance to
have your item insured. More details below in our insurance
section.

- All
items paid through Pay Pal will be
shipped using the
Pay Pal address given to us.
- If you wish to have
an item
shipped to
another address, you will need to change/add the address to Pay Pal.

you do not wish to add/change your Pay Pal address.
- Please be aware that Fed Ex cannot ship to PO boxes.

- We do not accept Money Orders or Checks any more. This is to comply with eBays new policy on the matter.
You
can use eBay's Shipping Calculator to find shipping costs, or if no
calculator is visible, a flat rate will be stated in the
auction. Policies about
specific shipping types are below.
Items are shipped USPS
Priority and Fed Ex. We will not ship using personal or third
party account numbers. Fed
Ex quotes are stated as UPS but they will be shipped Fed Ex Home
Delivery.
Please make sure your address is correct and
standardized by USPS. You can find your standardized address
by
going to http://www.usps.com
and clicking on "find zip code" box then entering your address.
USPS will give you a corrected standardized shipping address.
Fed
Ex Home Delivery
- All shipping options stated as UPS will be
shipped Fed Ex Home Delivery
- We
cannot ship to PO
Boxes using Fed Ex.
Please read our Incorrect Address section for more details.
If your
confirmed address with Pay Pal is a PO Box, we reserve the right to
change your shipping service to any USPS service and/or request more
money to cover
additional costs if applicable.
- Fed Ex Home Delivery ships Tuesday through
Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. This service does not
require a signature,
so the driver can leave the package at the location without someone
having to be there. This allows for better service in residential
areas.
- Please
be aware that because of Fed Ex not requiring a signature, there could
be problems with some addresses being in the open (such as an apartment
complex) or being in areas of high crime.
These types
of addresses are not considered safe and we suggest using an alternate
address that allows someone to be present when the item
arrives. We will
not be held responsible nor will we hold Fed Ex responsible for
packages stolen because the driver left them for you.
USPS
Priority Mail
- This service is a 2-3 day service from USPS
and
is great for most packages under 10 pounds.
- Please use this if you have a PO Box.
International
Shipping - USPS
- Each auction will specify which International
shipping options are available for that item.
- Customs forms require a full name
(company names not acceptable)
and phone # on all international orders. If these conditions
are not
met, delays in shipping can occur.
- We are not
responsible for actions taken by
customs.
- All
customs fees and brokerage fees are to be paid by the buyer.
- All paperwork will be filled out
appropriately by us.
- Please be aware that filing an eBay shipment
as a gift on customs forms is against the law. Please do not
ask us to do this.
Freight
Shipping
- Auctions that require freight shipping will
have details in the auctions themselves.
- Please
understand that all shipping quotes do not include Residential
Surcharge or Lift Gate Charges. These are each an additional
$60.
- All freight auctions require a phone call to
us before payment is made or the item is shipped, to arrange proper
shipping details.
- We will not ship through personal shipping
companies.
Incorrect
Address/Undeliverable
Address/Unclaimed Packages.
- We are not responsible if you, the buyer,
provide incorrect or
misleading information in your address. If items are
returned due to
incorrect addressing or are stated by the shipping company as
undeliverable
addresses or are returned because the buyer did not claim them at the
office, we will refund the buyer the auction price
upon
return. Since we have already paid for the shipping, we will need to
keep
the shipping and handling charges. Because of time and
resources, we
will not renegotiate alternate shipping methods or address changes to
reship the item. We will consider the auction closed.

All
items are insured. If there is a problem with your received
package or you have not received your package in a timely manor, please
contact us by phone as soon as you can. You can call us at
801-208-5476. Please keep inside the shipped box and do not
install or modify or use any part of the item you received in
damage form. Installing, using or modifying the item will
immediately cause your claim to be denied. You are also
required
to keep the item, box and material used to ship your item with you
until the claim is fully processed. Do not ship it back to us, this
will also void the claim.
To file a claim we are required to collected certain information from
and about the receiver (you). Refusal to share any
information or
refusal to not complete any forms required will cause your claim to be
denied. It is also important to understand that a repair
estimate may
also be need before we can file the claim. We will help you
through all steps and file the claim for you.
Please
understand that we can not refund or ship you a new item (if quantity
allows) until a claim has been fully processed. Also please
understand that if a claim is denied there is nothing we can do for
you. Please do not be scared by the previous statement.
All
claims that we have ever filed that were denied, were denied because
the receiver refused to fill out a form or installed and used the item
before the claim was even filed. As long as you work with us
and
are patient there should be no reason why a claim should not be
processed successfully.

We
do allow you to combine shipping to lower costs; however,
eBay's
"combine auction" option does not seem to work all the time.
Feel free
to request a personal quote directly from us. Personal
quotes
from us
also seem to give you the best discount.
If you want to
bid on another auction, please
e-mail to tell us so that we do not file a non-paying bidder alert
after 7 days of your first-won auction.
You
are allowed to combine auctions within a 14
Day period. Please do not make any payment or
use eBay Checkout on any auction
until all auctions are won.
We will file non-paying bidder alerts on your items if they have not
been paid for after a week (7 days) of your last won auction.
We
reserve the right to combine all auctions after 14 days and/or block
the buyer from buying more from us until payment is made.
We
cannot combine items together if they have
already been combined with other won items or they have been paid for
before combining. This is because of the way eBay combines
items.
We
believe that once payment has been made, the buyer deserves
positive
feedback. We do not wait until you have left
feedback as
this is
inappropriate and not a true way of showing our customers' opinions of
us. Our feedback from our customers is more honest because of
this and
we are proud of our good feedback score.
All items not paid within one week (7 days)
will result in a Non-Paying Bidder Alert. Buyers who have
combined
auctions have one week (7 days) from their last won auction before we
file a Non-Paying Bidder Alert with eBay.
You
can return your auction item within 14 days from when you
received it.
After that
we will not accept returns. The buyer is responsible for
return
shipping costs. A refund for the auction amount will be given when
the item is returned. The original shipping cost is not
refundable. If we are informed a month after the auction about
a
problem (i.e. incorrect listing information or shipment of a
wrong
item), we will not refund your payment.
Problems with auctions are handled on a
per-item basis. We try hard to keep our customers
happy and if there is a problem, we will do what it takes to make you
happy.
All items that
state "Sold As Is," "No Return," or are shipped internationally are not
eligible for our return policy.
