Montgomery Saddles and Tack has some of the largest selections of horse tack on the web. Through several years of online sales, we have maintained consistent and successful transactions with our customers new and old. We have a confident strategy for customer service. Our strategy is simple, to satisfy every customer individually and completely! With this in mind we feel the slightest problem can result in a meaningful resolution.
Do you accept returns?
Returned items must be returned within 3 days from date of receipt for ebay purchases. For returned items in the original condition, unused and in the same condition as received, a refund of the invoice price minus shipping charges and 15% re-stocking charge will be issued. Refunds may take up to a minimum 15 days to process.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items. An RMA will be issued only for claims that the item received is different from than described, the item arrived damaged, the product does not fit or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges are welcome for any item in its original condition, unused or in the same condition as received.The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs and the buyer is also responsible for any additional shipping expense for the exchanged item. If the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be credited back as the same payment type received, unless otherwise determined by the buyer. We do not issue or maintain customer credit for future purchases.
What if my order is damaged, defective or the wrong Item was shipped?
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Follow the above return policy.
How do you ship your items?
We ship Fed Ex and USPS. A tracking number will be provided for all UPS or Fed Ex shipments. A shipping number will be provided for all USPS shipments.
Second Day or Next Day shipping items should be confirmed with Montgomery Saddles and Tack before purchase to assure availability.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers should inquire of any additional international customs charges or fee's associated for the import of commercial products to their said destinations. We are not responsible for any item that may held at Customs outside the U.S. We will make all efforts to expedite the customs process. All internantional orders include necessary shipping and/or customs declarations.
Why do your Ebay Store listed items advise “Items may take up to 2 weeks for shipping”?
We maintain a store listing of the products we have to offer. Although we ship all in stock products daily, some items may not be readily available for immediate shipping. We receive new inventory every week and any back orders pending have precedence over new orders.
If you purchase multiple items your purchase may be split into multiple shipments. Additionally, you will be charged for shipping only once
Where do I send a Money Order?
Make payments to Montgomery Saddles and Tack Mail your payment to 111 East Main St. Troy, NC 27371. Please include a copy of your invoice with the payment.
What forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept 4 major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER through PAYPAL. We prefer payments through Paypal but you can reach us at 910-576-0600 for phone payments for any ebay auction.
Money Orders or Cashiers Checks must be received within 7 days to secure your order. Your order is subject to sale at any time after 7 days if payment is not received.
