The board was unsuitable for 3-phase grid in Europe and the Czech Republic. I asked e-bay to refund the money back to my bank account on 24.02.2024. The registration number of the refund was 5258499546. However, the refund has not taken place to date (28.3.2024) and I still have not got my money back.

On my side, the refund is full and complete. I do not have any control on that, since I have approved it. Any issues regarding that must be request to Ebay.
