All used parts come with a 90 day parts replacement warranty unless otherwise stated.  Labor and return shipping not included under any circumstance. There are no refunds unless we cannot replace the defective item once received and proven faulty.  If you have a problem, please email or call 216-671-3736 right away and we will get the issue resolved for you in a timely manner. Again, please call ASAP. Do not buy another used or new part. We DO NOT offer refunds unless we cant replace the part that is returned and tested defective. You will end up with 2 parts if you do this. We can speed up the process and work to get you a replacement fast if time is critical. We cannot can't stay in business allowing customers to use our parts to troubleshoot and then return them if the part purchased wasn’t the problem, so we only offer warranty replacement if defective to resolve this. Strictly enforced, No exceptions.

Warranties on all parts, including engines and transmissions, will be void if altered from the state in which we provided the part.  That includes installing a cam into an engine or a differential into a transmision.  This also include replacing intake gaskets before installing.  We know intake gaskets are a problem from GM, but it is also a known problem to have the work done and the motor not make it a few hundred miles. Shops blame the motor every time.  Install the motor as it is sent and it is warrantied for 90 days.  After then, feel free to change gaskets to preserve the motors life if you see fit.  We ask this so you KNOW we sent a quality motor and come back to us in the future.  If you decide to modify or upgrade a part we send you, please make sure you are pleased with its condition before modifying as the warranty will be void upon taking apart.

We realize alot of our customers come from the aftermarket community. To coincide with the above policy, we DO NOT warranty motors that have problems due to chipped pistons.  Many of the powerplants we sell are from boosted applications (L67/L32/LSJ) and if there is a problem due to a piston chipping, it is not from a defect in the motor, it is from a problem with the cars configuration (too much boost, timing or too aggresive pcm, low fuel pressure etc....) or another part on the car failing (fuel pump/filter etc...).  Either way, it isnt the fault of the motor and all chipped piston occurances are not warrantied/denied without exception.  Any warranty claim will need sent back to us before a new replacement will be sent (if warranted). 

When you buy from us, you understand these policies.  If we sell you an item that is faulty, we want to replace it for you to give you all you paid for.  We cannot accept the liability of other variables or claims from people not willing to accept responsibility.  We respect our customers and deserve the same in return.
