If the item is defective or not as described, we not only refund your money for the cost of the item, but also will reimburse your original shipping plus the shipping to send it back to us.
Refund offer is void if a clothing item has been washed and/or has tags removed.
Please contact us within 30 days of end of auction to request a return authorization. Please be sure to note your eBay user ID and the Item ID number in your email.
