We know how hesitant some people can be when shopping online. Especially with clothing items, many times you want to see/hold/feel the item to make sure it is what you want. This is why we have 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our items. If once you receive the item you are not completely satisfied - let us know. We are happy to accept returns for a store credit or a refund (your choice) less shipping/handling once it is returned.
If the item is defective or not as described, we not only refund your money for the cost of the item, but also will reimburse your original shipping plus the shipping to send it back to us.
Refund offer is void if a clothing item has been washed and/or has tags removed.
Please contact us within 30 days of end of auction to request a return authorization. Please be sure to note your eBay user ID and the Item ID number in your email.
Replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged items - If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, I will ship a replacement order after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for international).
Shipping and Handling Refunds - The shipping and handling charged with your order is a non-refundable cost, unless the item you purchased was listed incorrectly or you were shipped a different item than you ordered (miss-ship).

INTERNATIONAL
- International Buyers must use PayPal. No other form of payment will be accepted for international orders.
- International buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries. This is assessed by your government and collected on delivery and is independent of the final sale price and shipping charge. Due to U.S. regulations, we cannot ship items as gifts or as a sample. We identify the shipment with the description of contents and total value paid.

When you purchase an item you will receive several emails from us..
- First will confirm the purchase (and a thank you!).
- Second, if you pay with PayPal you will automatically receive an email with confirmation of payment (if check or money order is sent, you will receive confirmation when payment arrives)
- Third and Fourth emails to let you know your item(s) have been shipped. One from the eBay system with subject line “Your Item Has Shipped”. Additional email will also have the delivery confirmation number for Domestic Orders, if international it will have tracking information.

FAQs
Can I pick up my item(s) or meet you somewhere?
Sorry, no. I do not keep items at my home, most merchandise is kept at a storage facility. My eBay time involves listing, pictures, shipping, emails etc. everything start to finish. The only way I could meet someone would be to charge a delivery rate for time I could have been listing items, etc. Trust me, it is much cheaper for me to mail packages to you.
Do you offer discounts or specials if I want to purchase more than one item?

Do you sell to International customers?

Do you accept PayPal?

How do I pay by Debit/Credit Card?
To pay by debit/credit card you can use PayPal. PayPal accepts, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
Can I pay directly with my Debit/Credit Card?
All debit/credit card payments are through PayPal, this is a secure way to pay for your purchases. It also protects you as sellers do not have access to your account or card number.
How do I add insurance?

How can I figure shipping charges for my order?
To figure shipping charges please go to the ‘Shipping, payment details and return policy’ portion of the auction/sale, the right side has a ‘Calculate Shipping’ area. US buyers should enter their zip code then click ‘calculate’. International buyers click on ‘international destination’ and follow the link. If buying more than one item, please see 'Shipping Discounts' link for further details on savings.
What if my order does not arrive, is lost, stolen, or damaged?
If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order after the minimum transit time has elapsed (15 days for domestic, 30 days for international).
Will taxes/duties be charged upon delivery for international orders?
Yes, taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay. For an estimate of these charges, we suggest you contact your local government.
Will you mark the item as a gift or sample for international orders?
Unfortunately, we can not mark any items as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. There is nothing we can do to help you avoid paying taxes/duties upon delivery. Please see 'International' section above for further details.
What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?
If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, an unpaid item dispute will be filed. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item strike. Nonpayment of items won will result in an unpaid item strike.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a delivery confirmation number when your item ships.
Do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock?
Sorry, everything we have in stock can be found on ebay.
Will you end an auction early if I want to pay 'top dollar' for the item?
Sorry, we do not end an auction early after the item is listed. Many items start with a ‘Buy It Now' when listed or look at the store items for the same item with a ‘Buy It Now’.
