Like New Condition: Dust jacket will be clean, unclipped with no rips or creases and no stickers. The book will have no writing (with the possible exception of remainder marks). The cover boards on hard cover books will show no shelf wear, bumping or markings. All corners will be sharp. Bindings will be tight and the spine will be uncreased. The pages will have no dog-ears or markings such as underlines or highlights.
Excellent Condition: Dust jacket may have minor scuffing, unclipped with no rips or creases. There may be stickers or sticker residue and curling at the edges. The book will have no writing (with the possible exception of remainder marks). The cover boards on hard cover books may show minor shelf wear and minor bumping on the edges or corners. Bindings will be tight and may have minor creasing on the spine. Pages will have no dog-ears or markings such as underlines or highlights and no ripped pages.
Very Good Condition: Dust jacket may show average wear, some scuffing and curling on the edges but no rips or clipping, may have stickers or sticker residue. The book may have some writing (for example; initials or name of previous owner inside the cover) but nothing on the text pages. The cover boards on hard cover books may show some shelf wear and the corners and edges may show minor bumping. The pages will have no dog-ears, writing or ripped pages.
Good Condition: Dust Jacket may have scuffing, curling and/or creasing, there may also be small rips in the dust jacket. The book may have writing or staining on the edges, covers and/or pages but nothing interfering with the text or the ability to read the text. There may be stickers or marking inside or on the dust jacket. The binding will be in good shape with no loose or missing pages. |
