Returns and Buy Back Guarantee:

Common Questions:
I want to buy more than just one item. How do I do this and get reduced shipping costs?
Easy. A) Simply click "Buy It Now" on the first item then click "Commit".
B) Click the "Back" button on your web browser to go back into our store and repeat step A for as many items as you need.
C) On the very last item you want to buy, simply continue into checkout (instead of hitting the "Back" button). This will take you into our checkout. You can also, if you like, open the email that we will immediately send you. Inside this email, will be a link to take you into checkout for you to complete your order and receive your shipping discount.
By mistake, I clicked "Buy It Now" for more items than I need and I need to back out of the extra order - What should I do?
When you click "Buy It Now" and then "Commit" you enter a legally binding agreement to purchase all that you say you will buy. eBay charged us sizable fees due to your actions and we must have that money back (it wasn't our fault). We can get that money back one of two ways. 1) You can pay us the fee which amounts to 10% of the total price OR 2) we can have eBay refund us the fees. If you do not pay us then we will report you to eBay as an "Unpaid Items". They will then "Strike" your account. Three strikes and they will kick you off eBay so please be careful when clicking "buy it now" and read all.
What's your payment address to send a check or money order?
Once you click "Buy It Now" you need to go through checkout. Once you have completed checkout you will be given our payment address. It's important to go through checkout as this is our way of keeping track of all orders.
If my stuff doesn't fit what do I do?
Easy. Just ship it back to us (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority along with a note asking for a different size or a refund. We will process your request ASAP. If you need another size we will ship it to you at our expense. If you need a refund we will do so minus shipping.
Do you offer combined shipping for lower shipping cost?
Yes. Just click buy it now on all that you want. Shipping cost will be reduced at checkout. Buy two or more items and pay full shipping price of the most expensive shipped item. Shipping for additional items is just half what it would normally cost for that item. | |
