#2 - This warranty extends to the application under normal use and service and does not apply to overload, rust, deliberate abuse, submersions, broken drive gears or housings or any other damaged not attributed directly to item.
#3 - Improper installation, careless handling, tampering or dismantling of item makes this warranty null and void.
#4 - This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities and MOTOR CITY REMAN neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise.
#5 - Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units only. We do not offer a cash refund on any electrical item that has been installed on vehicle. Refunds may be given if unit is returned within 7 days of receipt and has not been installed, damaged or used in any way
#6 - When making a warranty claim, "item" must be accompanied by original sales receipt.
#7 - Warranty work can sometime take up to 14 days.
#8 - Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.
#9 - We do not cover any type of labor claim.
