We send most of our items out by UPS. If shipping to a PO Box USPS will be used. All payments must be received before items can be shipped. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing.

Most UPS shipments take from 3-10 days for delivery. Please Note: On rare occasions some items may be out of stock at the time of order based on demand and restocking time.

For International Shipping: Some countries charge an import tax that is not covered by the purchase price or by the shipping fee for the auction. Each buyer is responsible for the costs of these fees.

There is an extra charge for Alaska and Hawaii shipping costs.

We realize that, as a buyer, it is sometimes hard to purchase an item that you have not had the opportunity to personally inspect or try. That is why we do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item. We hope you will realize that, while offering a refund to you, the buyer, we need to make a policy that is fair to us as the seller as well.

It is expensive both in time and fees to list an item on eBay. We make a big effort to take good photos that are large and clear enough to see each item well, write accurate descriptions, and answer all reasonable email questions to the best of our abilities.

Our policy allows a buyer who is unhappy with an item to return it and receive a refund, and it also allows us as the seller reasonable compensation for the efforts in listing the item. Please refer to the return policy below.

By stating these conditions up front, we hope this will avoid any misunderstandings and give our buyers greater confidence in bidding by knowing what our return policy is. Questions should be asked prior to bidding. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions: Please Do Not Bid.

Our goal is to see that you are pleased and satisfied with the product and our service. If an issue does arise, we will work with you to resolve it.

We will accept returns and offer a full refund or exchange (including shipping) if we, as the seller, have shipped the incorrect product (i.e. differs in a substantial way in size, color, or condition) from how we have described it in this auction or if it is defective in any way. For your protection, please send the item back fully insured with a tracking number. Please email us with your tracking #. Buyer must contact us by email prior to return and notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the item.

If an item is returned for any reason other than the above; a refund will be given, LESS SHIPPING, HANDLING and INSURANCE FEES. IF THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED FOR FREE THE SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED AMOUNT. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

(Some items are exchange only). Again, buyer must contact us prior to returning and notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. The return item should be in its original, unused condition complete with tags, garment bags, etc. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, insured, with a tracking number.
