We had an issue related to purchased item not arriving to my address, initially. JDM agent was very responsive toward my customer concern about ghosted purchased probably lost through the shipping carrier. JDM immediately sent me a replacement part, which I received and now am in physical
possession of the purchased part. JDM and eBay agents also good at following up to make sure the lost purchased was resolved. Therefore, making me feel confident about making future purchases. Thank You!

There is/was an issue with the shipment and a replacement shipment was sent. We have been in communication with the buyer prior to this feedback. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipment, and it has been rectified by sending a replacement item to the customer.

Received quantity I was hoping for. It's hard to tell when people write (2 pair) if they really mean 2pcs or 4pcs. When you ask the seller and they just refer you back to the listing you're asking about just isn't helpful. (2 per package and 2 packages available) is much more descriptive.

"2 PACK VALVE STEM CAPS:" This is from the listing. Customer asked how many come with the purchase we said they are sold in sets of 2. We also stated, "All info you are asking is in the item description if this is not clear" This was stated as all of our eBay listing have item descriptions so there is no issue with what is being sold. Not sure How we can clarify it any further as it clearly stated the QTY and we answered the question they asked prior to the purchase..?

When I received my chrome chain guard I was delighted. Superb craftsmanship as far as the shape and design of the Item- it s impeccable. The lettering cut into the billet was exquisite and has a flare to it that really catches the eye of an looker. The quality of the chrome job was absolutely perfect! The packaging of the product was very solid and prevented any damage to the item. The chain guard was the best aftermarket piece I have seen in this category. I rate the vendor 10 + !

This was the first contact the buyer has communicated with us. There were no voice mails left by the customer, no eBay messages, no emails sent to us stating there was an issue with the shipment. There is an issue with the shipment and it has been addressed. If there are issues with shipments, which will happen from time to time we are prompt to address them but we can not address an issue we do not know about.
