| Q:Can I request a certain scene Film Cell for my Bookmark/Plaque/Keyring etc.. |

| A:I do not accept requests as most my items are premade not made to order. I am unable to sift exact scenes from a movie, but you will get a great selection when you purchase. I do however run auctions that may specify the exact scene you will receive. But in general all items with film cells I can not describe, they will be of the movie Titled. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, you have up to 3 days to combine all items before you checkout from the date of your first purchase, shipping discounts will be added to those that apply. Again PLEASE read auction information thoroughly not all items have shipping discounts depending on the item/items purchased. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I ship on Mondays and Thursdays after received payment, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 7 to 14 business days, excluding holidays, from the time I receive your payment. PLEASE check your address and correct any inconsistencies with pay pal and eBay. If you have the wrong address I am not responsible what happens once it is shipped. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:All my auctions have there own shipping cost. Some shipping is higher than others and for the same items. Reasons behind this is lower start prices versus higher start prices. If you win an item at 1 penny but pay a higher shipping cost, you are paying for the item not shipping. Do not bid if the shipping cost is not to your liking or misunderstood |
| Q:Do you accept credit card payments? |

| A:Yes I do thru PayPal. You must have a PayPal account with your credit card info to pay with a credit card. PayPal allows all major credit cards to be processed thru there system. I stress at this time I accept payment thru paypal only. |

| A:I do not except personal checks please do not ask. And at this time I am not accepting money orders, Please do not ask. |
| Q:How long do I have till I have to pay? |

| A:Payment is expected within 7 days. If you do not make payment within 7 days I do and will open a case of non payment to remind you. If not paid within a reasonable amount of time I will re list and file a non payment strike. I have to do it this way to get my final value fee reimbursed. So if you bid and win, please pay within 7 days. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If my Item/Items do not match the description in my listing. Please read my auction information carefully. I do not give refunds to someone who simply changed there minds. You have 7 days to contact me over any issues after you receive your item. I do not refund shipping & Handling fees. Buyer must return/ship item back to me prior a refund. |

| A:If you tried to bid and it wouldn't let you, you probably have had 2 strikes in the last month of non payment against you. |
| Q:If I buy more than one can I get a discount? |

| A:No, please do not ask. Outside of shipping discounts that is all I offer. |
| Q:What are film cells???? |
|
| A:A “film cell” is a single section of 35mm film cut from an actual print of a particular movie. It contains the image, four sprocket holes on each side, and the soundtrack on the left side. The 35mm reel is a series of frames when run through a projector, frame by frame, producing a motion picture. A single still frame is a "film cell". |
| Q:I see an auction but I want to "buy it now", it isn't in your store? |

| A:If I do not have a buy it now or a store auction and you are wanting one RIGHT now I am sorry. I have my reasons of why some things remain outside of my store or "buy it now" and only in bidding auctions. |

| A:I do have a life outside of ebay. I have kids, dinners to cook, and a house to clean. I try very hard to get to all questions that are posted within the day they were posted. But I am not a corporation with lots of employees. Please be patient as sometimes I need a day to get back with you. Especially during high peak holiday shopping. |
