Q:  How Much Does Your Product Cost In US Dollars?
       A: We have no idea how much it costs in US dollars, we are a Canadian business and all our products are listed in Canadian dollars. We do not accept payment in US Dollars, All payments for our products are in Canadian $'s Only. If paying by PayPal they will automatically convert the funds to Canadian dollars for us no matter where you are in the world, PayPal knows that we only accept Canadian funds as payment.

Q:  Do You Have This In Stock Or Another Size?
       A: If we have it and want to sell it on eBay, it's either in our eBay store or on Auction. If you can't find it in our eBay Store or in our Auction this means we don't have it or don't want to sell it on eBay or just haven't had the time to list all 15,000 in stock items that are in our store on eBay yet. We don't do special listing from our store for eBay, don't ask please.
 
Q:  Can You Get This For Me?
       A: We don't do special orders on eBay, please don't ask. We do special orders via our physical store. If you want something special please use the contact info link to get in touch with us. Do not use the eBay email system we will not reply to special order requests via eBay. If you are going to make anonymous email (i.e. yahoo, gmail, hotmail type accounts) inquiries or block telephone number calls for special order inquires we also won't reply to these requests either. We must know who we are dealing with for special order requests or actual orders.
 
Q: Is The Clothing Item New Or Used?
       A: We do not sell used clothing of any type, everything we sell is brand new and most of the time it will have the tags still on them. Since we are an actual store which you can see pictures of the store on our ME page (Click Here) , sometimes the tags get lost. As far as our clothing been worn, if you class someone trying it on in the store and hanging it back up as worn then it's worn, but we class it as still brand new.
 
Q: Do We Accept Email Offers?
       A: Don't waste your time asking for a deal, better price, what's your best price or bulk offers via email for eBay transactions. Some of our "Buy It Now" listings have a "Best Offer" option use it, eBay only allows 2 Best Offers and then you are no longer allowed to make an offer. After that either you pay the Buy It Now price or do without. Our "Auctions" are exactly that an "Auction" not make us an offer via email. We will not responded to any eBay emails offering anything.
 
Q: Do You Do Bulk or Wholesale Deals?
       A: Yes we do. If you want to inquire about special purchases or deals for you club, organization or school please us the contact link to get in touch with us.
 
Q:  How Much Is The Shipping Charge?
       A: All our listing have the shipping cost listed, Insurance is included in all shipping prices. We don't ship without insurance. We ship via Canada Post & Purolator Courier Ground Service (Canada Only Upgraded Shipping) to Ebay/PayPal supplied addresses only. We charge what it costs us to cover the shipping cost and the packing material required to ship your item, only nothing more.
 
Q:  How Much Is The Handling Charge?
       A: We do not charge a handling charge, we are a business that operates a store and eBay store. We are here to handle customer transactions either in the store or pack them for shipping to our internet customers. The handling charge is a cost of business we factor into our business not something we charge the customer for.
 
Q:  Do You Ship Internationally?
       A: If you are willing to pay then we will ship anywhere in the world. We do on a daily basis. All our listing have an international delivery costs listed in them.
 
Q:  Do You Offer Combined Shipping For International Orders?

Q:  Do You Combine Shipping For Orders In Canada & The United States?

Q:  What if I Don't Like Your Combined Shipping Cost After I Purchase?
       A: If you don't agree with the final combined shipping costs we provide on the revised combined invoice we send you, then you can cancel the complete order, all we ask is you agree to the Mutual Cancelation Agree we send you through eBay so we can get our selling fees back. This does not apply to Auctions.
 
Q:  Combined Shipping Costs On Auction Transactions?
       A: We use the same rules for combining shipping on all Auctions as we do on Buy Now and Best Offer Transactions, you will get the absolute best deal on shipping costs. All we ask is you contact us to confirm this before you bid, we don't cancel Auction transactions unless you were the ONLY bidder. If you are the only bidder on an Auction we will cancel the transaction if you don't agree with the combined shipping costs and we ask that you agree to the Mutual Cancelation agreement we send you via eBay so we can get our selling fees back.
 
Q:  How Do You Package Items For Shipping?
       A: We take great pride in our shipping service and know you want your item to arrive exactly as it was shown on eBay. Everything we ship is packaged very well to avoid damages from being crushed to getting wet. We put everything that can be damaged from water in a plastic bag even if it is already in a sealed bag it gets another one. If it can be crushed or damaged in shipping we put your items in boxes that have been specially order for shipping these items. Glass is double wrapped and then put in a box with extra room for packing material, we go to great lengths to protect your items and make sure they get to you in one piece and undamaged. It is still our product until you are satisfied in the condition you have received it, is the same condition as you saw it on line. There are times that the delivery companies have gone to great lengths to destroy a package and when this does happen please get in touch with us so we can fix what they have done wrong.
 
Q:  I Won An Auction Against Another Member and I Don't Agree With The Combined Shipping Costs?
       A: If you beat another member in an auction and don't agree with our combined shipping costs on the combined invoice, you should of got in touch with us first before you placed a bid against another member for the item. We don't cancel Auction transactions that there were multiple bidders, you won it, it's yours. The reason for this is that 90% of the time the loser of the Auction doesn't take it via a 2nd chance offer. If the losing bidder does accept the 2nd chance offer then we have no problem cancelling your transaction, and once again we ask you agree to the Mutual Cancelation Agreement sent via eBay so we may get our selling fees back from eBay for the cancelled transaction.
 
Q:  Can you Ship it a Cheaper Way?
       A: We must ship with insurance and sometimes with tracking on all orders. The reason for this is PayPal & eBay won't cover us against fraud & dispute charge backs we must ship with insurance and sometimes tracking to be covered. If you don't like it complain to PayPal and all the scammers out on eBay they made it this way.
 
Q:  Do You Offer Shipping Insurance & What Does It Cost?
       A: All Shipping costs include Insurance.
 
Q:  When Can I Make A Claim For A Item I Didn't Receive?

       A: For us to make a claim against the shipping insurance for items not received by you, Canada Post requires us to wait for 60 days for International shipments i.e. Europe, Japan, South America, Australia, etc... For United States bound shipments we must wait 15 business days after the estimated delivery date Canada Post provides for us to make a claim. For Canadian shipments we can put a claim within 30 days from the day we ship it to you.

 
Q:  If I Don't Get My Item When Do I Get My Money Back?

       A: Once we submit a claim for the lost item and it has been approved by Canada Post you get your money back 100% including delivery charges within 12 hours of us getting approval, we take care of everything and we wait for for the money from Canada Post. Canada Post will also get in touch with you to confirm that you have not received your item.

Q:  What If You Ship Me The Wrong Item?
       A: If it's our error we will do everything in our power to correct it at absolutely no cost to you, 100% Satisfaction is our goal, if you are not satisfied tell what we can do too make it right.
 
Q:  I Want To Pick My Order Up Is There A Shipping Discount?
       A: Sorry we do not allow in store pick up for eBay transactions. All Ebay transactions must be shipped.
 
Q:  What If I Order The Wrong Size or It Doesn't Fit?
       A: If you purchase from our store at the "Buy It Now" price then we will pay 50% of the delivery charge to send you another size, you must pay the return delivery charge. All Auctions & Best Offers are final sales no size exchanges, they still are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects.
 
Q:  What Is Your Return Policy?
       A: We accept returns if notified via email &/or Telephone only, within 7 days of receiving the item for All "Buy It Now" transactions, no questions asked 100% refund policy (not including Delivery Charge). All Auctions & Best Offers are final sales, they still are 100% guaranteed to be free of defects.
 
Q:  When can I expect my order to arrive?
       A: You can expect your order within 2 to 60 days depending where you are in the world.
           Canada it is usually 5 to 12 business days.
           United States 18 - 25 business days.
           Europe, Australia, Japan, South America, Central America it can take 45 to 60 days business days.
 
Q:  Why Do You Need My Telephone Number?
       A:  We need your telephone number for a number of reasons, First Reason is Canada Post and the Courier Companies business shipping software we use to ship your product will not accept a shipment address without a phone number, especially international shipments. Second Reason we have found that 95% of delivery problems are solved if the package has your telephone number, instead of it getting returned to us when there is a delivery problem. Then you having to pay for the return freight charge we get charged when a package gets returned to us only to send it back out again and you paying again another delivery charge. A telephone number can solve all of this, Nothing leaves our store until we have a telephone number no exceptions.
