Please provide physical street address for shipping. - Orders ship via UPS Ground -Please check our Holiday Schedule: UPS 2008 - Shipping is available only in the contiguous 48 states. Sorry, we cannot deliver to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery Information Our direct-to-consumer warehouse's our located in South Florida and Kansas. All delivery times are set by UPS Ground and can be found at www.fedex.com. To estimate your delivery date, locate your geographical position from the map above. Please begin counting with the day after your order is shipped. It is always recommended to give yourself and us enough lead time when placing your order. All deliveries exclude Holidays. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please call Customer Service, toll free at 877-826-9371, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. Delays by the carrier does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refusal, or return of order.

Returns Information
Product Guarantee: If you purchase moving boxes and/or Supplies and are not 100% satisfied, you can return the items within (7) days from your delivery arrival date for a refund. No partial returns are offered. Your credit card will be credited once the packages are received by our warehouse. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to UBOXES.
- Due to the high shipping costs that we incur, a prior approval is required for refunds or returns - The RMA number may be obtained from our Customer Support line at 1-877-UBOXES-1, Mon. - Fri., 9am - 5pm EST. - All boxes and supplies, must be returned in the original packaging. The RMA must be noted on the outside of the returned box. - RMAs are valid for only 5 days from issuance. A restocking fee may apply for damaged and missing items. - If you return items without proper RMA and/or packaging, UBOXES retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you an additional restocking fee. -The handling fee of $2.95 is non-refundable.
Canceling or Re-routing an order Information If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason with out any fees. Customers may cancel by calling 1-877-UBOXES-1 the day the order is placed, excluding Saturday and Sunday. If the order is placed after 4:00PM EST on a Friday or during the weekend, it must be cancelled on the following Monday before your order has left our warehouse to avoid any restocking fees -- Please have your order number ready for faster, more accurate service. If your order is in transit and you need to cancel the delivery, you are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to UBOXES. The handling fee of $2.95 is non-refundable. If your order is in transit and you need to re-route the packages, there will be a $5 per package address correction fee. |
