Buyer Pays Shipping. Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 days , You can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 full business days after order has been processed Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but you will not be charged extra Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders received after 12:00 noon M-F and orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. Some Equipment items (Mowers, catchers,spreaders..etc...) will take longer to process
All out of country shipments will take an extra 3 to 4 business days in addition to our regular shipping to process upon payment.

The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.

Order Errors/Shortages: Any shortages or shipping errors must be reported immediately. Any order/Shipment errors not reported within 15 days of invoice cannot be adjusted or credited.
OEM Reference: Any reference to Original Equipment Manufactures, their trade names or their stock numbers in this web site is for identification purposes only. All Mowtownusa parts are guaranteed by the part to meet manufacture or exceed the standards for the OEM part they are designed to replace.

All Units are Brand New In Box unless stated. All units come with 1 Year manufacturer warranty.
Damages: Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when the item(s) are delivered. The receiver, Not the Shipper, must make claims against freight lines and other shippers. All concealed damage should be reported to Mowtownusa.com via Email to Sales@mowtownusa.com immediately.
Any damage not reported within 15 days of invoice date cannot be adjusted or credited.

Returned Goods: Any returns must be authorized and returned using a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
All items must be in original packaging. Any items returned without a RA# will be refused. The RA# must be marked on the outside of the carton. Any items returned not in sellable condition or shows sign of wear or damage will not be accepted. No items may be returned after 15 days of invoice date. All returns will incur to a 20% restocking fee. Please E-mail us for Return Authorization Number.
No returns on electrical components
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless it is our error in which we will credit you the difference or send a call tag to pick up item(s).
