We NO longer ship to Hawaii or Alaska. We apologize for this inconvenience. Your item will be packed very carefully to prevent breakage. The shipping price quoted in our auctions is for shipping to the 48 contiguous states. This is a fixed cost and is not negotiable after the sale. We do have some items listed at "FREE" shipping. These products are not included in any discounted shipping offers. They are calculated separately and are not included with auctions which charge for shipping. Buy with Confidence! If you are not satisfied with your item, you may ship it back at your expense and upon inspection of the item, to determine that the item is in the SAME condition as was shipped, we will refund 100% of your winning bid amount, excluding shipping. All items returned for refunds must be returned no later than 15 days after the item is received. No exceptions allowed.

All of our imprinters are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from date of receipt of your item. If your imprinter should fail due to workmanship, it will be replaced free of charge (excluding shipping cost.) To exchange your item contact us first. Package your item and pay for all shipping fees. When we receive your item, we will replace it with a brand new one. The item must show only normal signs of wear and tear.
