How
fast will you ship my item if I win?
FAST! :)
We pack things the day they are paid for (Monday through Friday) and they
usually go out that same day. I will email you a tracking number automatically
when I print the label. I hate to wait for stuff too!
Are you flexible on pricing?
Usually. Many items have a "Best Offer" option, so please make an offer. If the
"Best Offer" is not active and you want to try to make a deal, call or email us
and we may change the price for you.
Can taxes be avoided when shipping to my country? Will I have to pay import taxes?
You probably will have to pay import taxes, and I have no
control over that. You can call your local customs office to see how much the
taxes will be.
How long will it take to arrive?
For US Destinations, see the delivery map on our auction
page. It typically takes from 2-5 days to arrive. For international shipments,
it takes from 6-10 days for delivery, but can take longer if your local customs
office holds the package for inspection. I ship within one business day if the
item is paid for early enough in the day.
What is the cost of shipping?
Please click on the "Shipping and Payment" tab on the
auction page, and the cost of shipping should be automatically calculated for
you based on your location. If the price is not shown there, then the item is
too big or heavy to ship to you, or I do not ship to your country.
Will
you combine shipping if I win more than one item?
Yes. I will gladly combine shipping as long as I can get
your winnings into the same box safely. Please wait until you have won all
items, and then request an invoice. I will see what I can fit in the same box,
and pass on all savings to you.
Will you send me a tracking number when the item
ships?
Yes. As soon as the label is printed, you will be instantly
emailed the tracking number. Usually the tracking number will be activated that
evening, so if you can't track it immediately, wait until the next day.
Will you ship to a different address?
Sure, just add the new address to PayPal during payment and
I’ll ship to whichever address you put in PayPal.
Is there a
warranty on my item?
All new
and open box items carry a full manufacturer’s warranty that is valid in the
USA. B-stock and refurbished items may have a shorter warranty period; please
see the bottom of the item description. Warranties are only valid in the United
States of America.
What is B-Stock
or Open Box?
This means
the item may have cosmetic blemishes or perhaps the box has been damaged. The
units are always fully functional, though, and come with a warranty from the
manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us about a certain item, because we
can often provide a new unit at a similar price.
Do you accept
payment other than PayPal?
Sure. We
also accept all major credit cards over the phone or through PayPal. Cash is
fine for local pickups.
What is the
voltage of the power supply?
The
voltage will be listed in the auction under “items included” and the plug type
will be the US plug type (two flat pins).
Is it a bother when people call you?
HECK no! We are in this business to sell stuff! We are pleased to make relationships and do good
business. Feel free to call us and we’d love to help you make a decision about
your purchase. We really will treat you like family.
