We provide free shipping via FedEx Ground to
the lower 48 United States, on most items.
Shipping fees to all other locations will be
calculated individually and provided in the auction. We use either FedEx or
USPS to ship internationally, depending on price and service to your
country. We want your items to arrive quickly and safely!
Local duties, taxes, customs and charges are
not included in the sale price or shipping charges. They are the buyer’s
responsibility. You may check with your local customs office to determine
what your taxes will be.
We have a 30-day return period for defective
items. Items must be returned with all original packaging as well as all
included items and paperwork, so please keep these materials until you are
satisfied that your item works correctly. Items that are not returned in
original, resalable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If the package was never opened or used and we
can still sell it as perfectly “Brand New” then you will get a full refund
minus the cost of shipping that we paid to ship it to you.
Personal use items that are used at your mouth
or in your ear cannot be returned, due to health issues.
Software of any kind cannot be returned once
the seal is broken or it has been registered.

instructions before returning any items. Upon receipt of the returned
product a credit will be issued once the item is examined and checked back
If a product you receive has been damaged in
shipping, please save all packaging and call us so we can help resolve it.
