Payment
We accept PayPal payments. Items paid for with PayPal eChecks are held until the eCheck has cleared which is usually three to four days. If you anticipate any problems with payment please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.
Shipping Time
We ship within 24 hours of cleared payment on Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If payment is received before noon central time your item will be shipped the same day.
Shipping Costs
We usually offer a choice of shipping methods depending on the item to help save you money on shipping. Most of our packages are sent through the United States Post Office. If you are in a hurry to get your item priority shipping or first class mail is the best option. Parcel Post is more economical but can take a few more days. You can select your shipping preference by clicking the options button on the eBay check out page.
If you prefer a different shipping method than what we have listed please contact us prior to bidding and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We do not charge a handling fee. The postage you pay will usually be less than the actual postage cost.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you decide you don’t want the item we will refund the purchase price. If we missed something major in the description we will refund the purchase price plus shipping both ways. We strive to provide an accurate item description and clear photographs. We are only human and sometimes make mistakes but they are never intentional. We are very easy to work with so just send us an e-mail and we will work it out.
International Customers
We love our international customers and welcome you to our store. International buyers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees, duties, import taxes, etc. and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International Government Regulations prohibit such behavior.
