I ordered a new wall sign but received a completely different used wall sign with the same wording. I reached out to seller and was very understanding with them for the mishap. Seller offered to discount the price if I wanted to keep it or send it back with full refund. I let them know that it would keep the item if they discounted the price. I never heard back from the seller or received a discounted price.
