Absolutely terrible experience. items arrived broken, not marked as fragile. Contacted seller immediately, sent photos & requested refund. Seller refused to refund & after spending days back & forth trying to get my money back I had to contact ebay directly. They reviewed the rude messages from this seller & corrected the problem immediately. Buyer beware. Would leave zero stars if I could.

You contacted me on a Friday about the matter and I told you I would let you know more about the situation on Monday. Contacted E-Bay and they told me I needed to file a claim with UPS and contacted E-Bay on what was taking place with UPS, which you never gave me a chance to take care of. Got you refund but still unhappy. As you can see you are the only negative comment in the 17 years I have sold on E-Bay. God Bless!
