***International Buyers***

Please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"; - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

SHIPPING

• We offer FREE SHIPPING! For our free shipping, we often use FedEx Smartpost. This service is similar to USPS Parcel Post, but is different in a few ways. Your item is picked up from us by FedEx, and delivered by USPS (unlike other FedEx services, it can be delivered to a PO Box). There is full tracking with this service, but it can take around 7-10 business days to reach the West Coast. (Faster ship times in the Northeast US)
• If you need your purchase by a certain date, please let us know and we will let you know what options could accommodate your request. Some of these faster options may involve an additional fee.
• We have a one business day handling time. We do not ship or process orders on the weekends.
• Free shipping does not apply on international shipments. Please let us know if you want to purchase more than one item, we do combine shipping costs.

RETURNS

• Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issue you have before leaving feedback. We do not consider the transaction complete until you are satisfied! (We do occasionally make mistakes, but we always try to be fair!)
• Return shipping is your responsibility (unless we shipped the wrong item -- in that case we will pay return shipping).
• In the case of defective items, if the item is new with a verified defect (please send us a picture), we will cover return shipping.
• In the case of defective items that are worn, the return is up to our discretion, and the buyer must pay shipping to send the item back to us if we accept the return.
• You will receive a refund via PayPal if you return an item (minus any shipping charges; unless we've made a significant error). Please consider someone else who may buy the item and return everything that came with your purchase! Include the original packing slip (so we can correctly refund your account).
