Payments: Electronic payments via Moneybookers and PayPal are welcomed. We regret being unable to accept electronic payments for shipments to Military APO addresses. eBay and PayPal policies require sellers to provide tracking numbers on shipments, a conflict with APO regulations which do not allow Registered or Certified shipments bearing tracking numbers.
Shipping and Handling: Buyer pays shipping subject to destination, weight and shipping class. Up to 20 gram first class mail rates: Spain, $1.00; rest of Europe, $1.50, United States and rest of the world, $2.50. Registration (postage included): Spain, $3.75; rest of Europe, $4.50; United States and rest of the world, $5.50. Please contact us for rates over 20 grams and large items requiring flat shipping. SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS BY COMBINING MULTIPLE PURCHASES.
Shipping Options: Please note all shipments totalling $25.00 and over (net of shipping costs) will be shipped by Registered mail only. Shipments under $25.00 will be shipped by Registered mail or, at buyer's sole option, by first class mail. By electing to pay standard first class mail, as opposed to Registered rate, buyers understand tracking of these shipments will not be possible and agree to release seller from liability in case of in-transit loss.
While Registered international mailings are generally safe, maximum recovery in case of loss or damage is limited to approximately US$50. For larger purchases, we recommend Registered with Declared Value, with rates of 6% of declaration, in addition to Registration fee. These shipments are fully insured to the declared amount.
Philatelic Memberships: Florida Stamp Dealers Association (FSDA), American Philatelic Society (APS) and a score of other organizations, from all of which we subscribe to their Code of Ethics. |
