All payments are expected within 3 days after the purchase.

We accept payments via PayPal. If you do not have PayPal account you may also use your credit card to pay for your purchase. There's a safe and easy checkout on eBay that lets you pay with your credit card and you don't have to create a PayPal account!

How it works:

SHIPPING

All shipments:

• Orders paid by 2pm PST ship the same day.
• All packages are shipped insured through the third party insurance provider.
• All shipments come with tracking numbers. We will provide you with the tracking number via e-mail once your package ships.

Domestic shipments:

• USA Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
• USPS Express delivery is available for expedited shipping.
• FedEx Overnight service is available for overnight shipping.
• All Domestic shipments come with signature confirmation and tracking number.

International shipments:

*Special offer doesn't apply to gemstone jewelry items due to USPS shipping regulations.

• We do not charge any handling fees. The price for shipping is calculated based on the package weight.
• We will gladly combine shipping when you purchase multiple items from us. Please send us your request for the final invoice and we will gladly accommodate you.
• All handbags are shipped via USPS Express Mail International.
• Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• All parcels are insured and we can not mark merchandise values below their value.

*Returned Merchandise TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once you receive your item(s) please examine them carefully. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please notify us immediately through eBay system or by email: info@myfantasticbags.com or call us 1 866 446 0062.

Following notification goods must be shipped back to us within the order cancellation period: this commences upon receipt of your item(s) and ends 30 calendar days later (returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days of receipt).

Items, which have been returned inline with the "Terms & Conditions", will be credited to the original source of payment within 3 business days.

Shipping charges for returned goods are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using shipping methods that provide tracking number and insurance.

We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. All returned items must be in the brand new unused condition with all hang tags attached & in the original dust bags and packaging. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches or marks on the item & there are no signs of wear on the product. We will not accept merchandise with the smell of tobacco or perfume.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements, and in such event, the items will be shipped back to your address, at your expense.
