Shipping Policies
MyImporters offers only the finest shipping services on eBay. All items are fully insured and feature Pay Pal buyer protection. When buying from MyImporters you can be confident that your information will not be shared. Our shipping is very reliable and professional we do everything possible to keep our costs down. The shipping cost does not include insurance on the item, if you would like insurance please pay the additional fee. All of our shipments are prepared very carefully to prevent damage in transit. See below for shipping options and our policy on shipping multiple items.

Shipping Freight
We ship large and medium sized items through our network of domestic line carriers to the lower 48 states. Large and medium sized items will be shipped via a freight company and the price shown includes what is known as curb delivery. This means that if the buyer would like it brought into a room in the house, they must provide assistance to the driver or in some states pay an additional fee directly to the freight company. If this is a concern please call the freight company directly to make arrangements or you may provide your local assistance by calling a mover in your area. The freight company will call to schedule their delivery so you will have notice of when to arrange for assistance if desired. Please inspect your item upon delivery before signing for it. Shipping time is generally three to eight weeks on large items. If you have questions regarding this process or it is your first time shipping a large item to your residence or business please use the ask the seller a question on the upper left corner of the items page.

Shipping Parcel
Items less then 120 total girth will be shipped FedEx®, DHL®, UPS® or US Mail® and will arrive in one to three weeks. If you require faster delivery service we can expedite your item for an additional fee. This faster service is offered on all items. Fed Ex® offers both air and ground services, often being the fastest way to ship with rates that are competitive to UPS® and DHL®. We often use this service when shipping mid-sized to large items. US Mail® used upon request or for small items that don't require a significant amount of insurance. DHL® Used upon request for smaller items of higher value and/or breakables, particularly when insurance is needed. If you are purchasing multiple items, shipping will be combined thru our network of domestic freight line carriers and FedEx® only.

Shipping Discounts
Large items shipping freight will have a reduction of $17.00 per item and will be required to be shipped at the same time to the same location. Smaller items shipping parcel will have a reduction of $7.00 per item and will be required to ship together as well. When you are bidding on multiple items, payment is still expected within 5 days unless you receive an extended approval time by MyImporters. Shipping discounts apply only to items in the same shipment and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. We can hold items for up to 120 days from the first item won as long as payment is being made and you are currently bidding on our other auctions.

International Shipping
We ship large and medium sized items through our network of International ocean carriers to all countries permitted and governed under the international treaties & export agreement with the United States. International shipments will have additional shipping charges and rates different then those listed on the auction page. Depending on your country there will be certain tariff, import duties and taxes please inquire with your local customs agent if you have certain questions that require your local governing laws and regulations. Items over one hundred years of age in certain countries will not have duties or taxes and are exempt.

Local Pickup
Local pickup requires preauthorization and your purchases will be required to be over $2,400. You may have multiple auctions to accumulate this total, and must be within 10 days of the first auction won. Preauthorization will be required before the auction ends. MyImporters will assist or load your truck, trailer as well provide all necessary packing materials at no extra charge. Our professional movers will insure your the utmost care in making sure your cargo arrives to the destination safely and free of damage. If you are purchasing for a business we have special delivery options available as well private trucking agents that can drop off your items at several different locations.
