| A:First, obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA#) and package your return carefully. Second, ship the contents as you received them with insurance and a tracking number. | Q:How long will I have to wait for a refund? |

| A:Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payment you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made within 8 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. |
| Q:What factors can delay order delivery? |

| A:MyJewelryBox Store always tries to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Rings which require sizing usually have a 2 day delay associated with them. Orders of in stock products which are not rings usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours. |
| Q:What kind of guarantee do you offer? |

| A:MyJewelryBox Store wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of shipment. |
| Q:Do you charge Sales Tax on your products? |

| A:Currently, Sales Tax is only charged within the state of New York. All other states do not pay sales tax. Canadian provinces, however, are subject to sales tax and pay the GST/PST or HST rates accordingly. |
