I placed an order for some Toshiba 50LF621U21 Speakers for my Fire TV which never arrived, however, I tried contacting the seller but I'm yet to get a responses, its been two weeks plus now since they clamed my item was delivered, still no sign of it, this is very very unprofessional, and I would love to be refunded, I'm also Highly upset having to waste my time.

The package was delivered to someone, which the tracking number confirms. The buyer, who operates as a drop shipper, is requesting a refund without fulfilling their payment obligation. The tracking number for reference is 9400108205498801631472. Although I intended to refund them after filing a claim with the post office, the buyer grew impatient or apprehensive, perhaps fearing I would report the matter to the postal inspector. I communicated this situation to them, as evidenced by our messages
