| A:Please place orders at every listing that you'd like to purchase and we will send you an invoice with total amount including shipping.
You can calculate your combined shipping discount referring "combined shipping calculation" page or we could do the work for you. |
| Q:Do you offer combined shipping? |

| A:Yes, combined shipping is always available for purchasing multiple items. Please check "Combined Shipping Calculation" on store front page for more details. |
| Q:How many days does it take to be shipped? |

| A:It will take 1 ~ 3 business days to prepare your package except pre-ordered items. For pre-ordered items, please email us for more information. |
| Q:How many days does it take to arrive after shipped? |

| A:For Regular Air Mail, it takes about 7 ~ 10 business days to arrive.
For EMS, it takes about 3 ~ 5 days to arrive. |
| Q:Is there a tracking number for my package? |
|
| A:Tracking number will only be provided by EMS.
However, the receipt number of regular air mail can be used to track the package when it arrived to your country. You will be able to track your package on your country's postal office website after 1 or 2 days it arrived.

But we will only use EMS to mail the package to Italy because of the high missing rate. |
